As mentioned last hour, Baker Mayfield is taking a lot of heat for his comments about Daniel Jones, but his overall attitude is very similar to Russell Wilson. Whether you call it confidence or cockiness largely depends on how you feel about him. Jimmy Garoppolo didn't look so great last night, and he's reportedly struggled in practices as well. John Lund updates us on the latest from the Niners. Is it time for them to panic? Softy wants to know who Matt Wissler is. He's starting for the M's tonight in Tampa.

It's Friday, the Hawks play Minnesota this weekend, and naturally Ian is once again at the VMAC, opening the show with quarterback Paxton Lynch who has certainly looked comfortable since joining the team. Ian asks how things are different without the pressure of being a first-round draft pick in Denver. Jadeveon Clowney hasn't reported to the Texans, and it sounds as though they aren't trying too hard to re-sign him. He hasn't quite lived up to the expectations that were placed on him, but he's been decent. Could he be the perfect fit for Seattle? Pete Carroll spoke a little today about the return of Bobby Wagner, the status of Ansah, Shaquem Griffin, and more. On Something Good, a man trying to get back to his wife has his flight cancelled two days in a row, only to be given an eight-hour ride by a good Samaritan.

Corey Brock joins Ian to discuss all things Mariners. Felix is slowly working his way back. He'll likely pitch in Tacoma this weekend. When will we see him back and Seattle, and how often? Rob Rang takes a look at players to keep an eye on from the Huskies and Ducks, plus what to expect from the Hawks game this weekend. Texts react to Paxton Lynch, Clowney, and more. Softy gets ready for the afternoon show.
