Hey there! Miss us? Well, we missed you too! During the quarantine there are days where depression sets in and it just makes it really hard to do anything, and so for that AND the fact that this episode that was supposed to take an hour to record took 3 hours because there was just so much to cover... It took quite a while to edit. All that is to say that this episode is a very in-depth and personal one. I can't stress enough how proud of Josh I am for being vulnerable and sharing his story, which we're looking to wrap in the next episode.
