Cruise ships are great, aren’t they? A chance to unplug and relax. No cooking, no cleaning… the crew does all that for you. Just kick back, catch some sun, watch a movie, grab a bite to eat… It’s the simple life — Don’t you worry about a thing. In his message today, Pastor Bill wants you to know that the Church isn’t a cruise ship — It’s a battleship. A life following Jesus isn’t a luxurious life; it’s a warzone. And you’re behind enemy lines. Don’t give up. Don’t lose heart; stay faithful — Even to death.

It’s funny how oftentimes, nobody thinks that they’re rich. No matter how much money people make, they never think that it’s enough. The goal is always just a little bit more. We all tend to compare what we have with what others have more than us. In his message today, Pastor Bill tells you that the riches you should be concerned with don’t have anything to do with your bank account. True riches are eternal and are only found in Jesus. True riches are an investment of the heart into the things of God.

There are some jobs out there that people think must be a walk in the park… Oh, they’ve got it easy; all they do is sit around in front of a computer all day. Or all they do is play with kids on the playground outside… But sometimes those jobs can be much more challenging than we might think. In today’s message, Pastor Bill tells you that living a life of service for God isn’t always easy. And whatever challenges you might be facing in your walk with God, it doesn’t escape Jesus’s attention.

God wants you to always be growing in your relationship with Him. He wants you to seek Him from the passion you have to know Him more. In today’s message, Pastor Bill wants you to know that even if you’ve found yourself going through the motions in your faith, you can be restored. You can be set on fire for God. Ask Him to reignite your passion for Him, and really seek to know Him more closely and intimately as you spend time with Him each day. God doesn’t want you to become stagnant. 

When you give your life to Christ, it doesn’t stop there. The most important decision you can make is to give your life to Him, but there’s work to be done after that. In today’s message, Pastor Bill is going to warn you against not growing daily with Jesus. Just going through the motions of church and prayer without a change in your heart is what today’s reading in Revelation mentions. Ask God to give you a desire in your heart to know Him more, and seek Him out to have an authentic relationship with Him. 

Revelation paints a picture from a firsthand witness of what the end times are going to be like. There will be a final war between Jesus and the devil, between light and dark. Everyone will witness Jesus returning. In today’s message, Pastor Bill is going to show you the insider information we have in the book of Revelation. Jesus wanted the events written down for a reason, and that reason is so you can know what’s coming. You can be prepared for those days by living for Jesus now.

The second coming of Jesus will be so glorious and awesome that every knee will bow before Him. His face will be glowing, He’ll return on a cloud, and He’ll bring a war against the powers of sin and darkness. Today, Pastor Bill is going to show you how John reacted when he saw Jesus in His glory. Unable to look upon Jesus for too long, He just fell on his face before Him in reverence and worship. That’s the God you serve as a Christian. That’s the Jesus Who chose to give up His life for you to receive salvation. 

When Jesus comes back, everyone will know. He'll come to bring the earth's age to an end. Is that scary? Or is it joyful? And He will defeat Satan and death to bring about His eternal kingdom, where everyone who chooses to follow Him will get to reign. 

Jesus is going to be different in His second coming. Instead of a man ministering to people, He’s going to come in glory. He’s going to come in might. He's going to come to finally defeat the devil forever. Whoever follows Jesus on earth will be taken up into Heaven for their much different eternal destination.
