Imagine you received an invitation to a prestigious wedding. This wedding will be the biggest event of your lifetime. There will be amazing food and drinks. There will be a live orchestra. You get put up in a five-star hotel… and you know, the whole works. A once in a lifetime opportunity. How would you RSVP? Pastor Bill tells you in today’s message that you would be CRAZY to refuse. In reality, God has given you an invitation to heaven. Have you accepted that invitation? Will you receive His offer?

If you won an all-expense paid vacation to the destination of your choice, would you take it? Of course, you would! There’s no way you’d turn down that sort of opportunity. Whether you like mountains and lakes, lush forests or tropical beaches, it doesn’t matter, it’s all-expense paid!!! Today, Pastor Bill reminds you that God has offered you an invitation to His Kingdom to Participate in the marriage supper of the Lamb. Whatever vacation you would have picked, this feast is going to be infinitely better!!! 

You know, if your ice cream sits in the freezer too long it can get too frozen. It’ll end up like a brick of solid ice. If you’re not careful, you can break the spoon trying to get it out. At that point what you’ve got to do is wait for it to melt so that it becomes soft again. Today in His message, Pastor Bill teaches you that your heart is as hard as stone until Jesus comes in and gives you a new heart of flesh. When Jesus comes into your life He will melt away that heart of stone and give you a heart that’s alive.

Remember back before Netflix? When you had to wait a whole week for the next episode of your TV show? Those cliffhangers always really left you “hanging”… “What will happen next? “DUN DUN DUN.” In today’s episode of The Implanted Word, Pastor Bill gives you a sneak peek into the future of the world. As we look at the first Triumphal Entry of Jesus on a donkey – as the suffering servant, we’re reminded of His future Triumphal Entry as He comes back on a white horse – as the conquering King! 

Have you ever had to buy a gift for someone who was the type of person who goes out and buys all the stuff they want for themself? It’s like, so what do you get them? Will they even like what you pick out for them? It’s tough to shop for someone like that. In today’s message, Pastor Bill reminds you that even though Jesus is God and the creator of all – He still has need of you! It’s not that He “needs” you, but He wants to use you. Sure, He could get the job done another way, But He wants to use YOU!

The world we live in is a pretty messed up place. All you gotta do is turn on the news or scroll through social media to see that. Things seem to be snowballing out of control and evil is taking place everywhere you turn. It really makes you want to do something, but what can you do? Today in his message, Pastor Bill teaches you that before you do anything, you should spend with the Lord fasting and praying. Then, when He calls you to take action you can do it with boldness and confidence.

When we want something, we want it NOW! We know what we want and we’re not gonna settle. But isn’t there a benefit that comes from not always getting what we want right away? We may like to get what we want when we want it, but that’s not always for our good. In today’s message, Pastor Bill teaches you that when you fast, when you sacrifice what you want for time with Jesus, you’ll benefit greatly. When you give up what you want now, you’ll get something so much better instead…. Jesus!

Do you like food? Some of you are probably thinking, “Hmmph, what kind of question is that?” Of course, you like food. We all do! Some of us more than others, and sometimes to the point where we’re always thinking about it, even when we’re not hungry. That’s why, as Pastor Bill points out in today’s message, it’s hard for us to spend time fasting. Do you have a hard time giving up food and spending time in prayer? Pastor Bill encourages you today to consider what Jesus would have you do.

Some things in life are tiring even when you think about doing them. Like going to the dentist, doing your taxes, or doing your spring cleaning. Just to name a few. They’re all good things to do and probably feel really great when you get them done, but making the time to do them can be a big challenge. Pastor Bill encourages you in his message today, that you must take the time to spend in prayer in order to grow closer to Jesus. Whatever you’ve got to do to make time… it will be worth it.

Think back to when you were a kid, whether it was your birthday, Christmas, or a trip to Disneyland. What did you do to pass the time while you were excitedly waiting for that day? In today’s message, Pastor Bill reminds you that while you’re waiting for Jesus to return, you should be preparing your heart for Him. That way when He comes, You’ll be ready for Him.
