In today’s message, Pastor Bill helps us discover how to overcome the struggles of this life by drawing close to God. Life is full of really hard things. Whether it’s loss, loneliness, financial stress, or an infinite number of things, we are going to face situations that will try and discourage our hearts. In today’s message, Pastor Bill shows us that as we focus on and continue to get to know God, He will help us set our gaze on things that are eternal so that no trial in this life can leave us defeated.

When Jesus died and rose again, He paid the price for anyone to have a relationship with God. So if you’re saved, then your eternity is secured! However, there is still work to be done! Jesus commissioned the disciples to go out and make disciples of all nations! That charge is still being carried out today! In today’s message, Pastor Bill will be sharing about the works that Jesus has for us to do. If we lean in and ask Him for the opportunities and the strength to do them, He’ll answer that prayer!

Much of the controversy around Jesus’ teaching during His day was the claims that He was making. On different occasions, to different people, He claimed to be God, God being His Father, and having all authority over heaven and earth. Those are some pretty lofty claims, and many people didn’t like it. However, Jesus was able to back up all His claims when He defeated Sin and Death on the cross! In today’s message, Pastor Bill will be sharing how Jesus isn’t just connected to God, but He IS God!

There are many people in the world, and even throughout the Bible, that know about God. They know the stories, maybe they used to go to church or heard their friends talk about God. While they might know about God, they don’t have a personal relationship with Him. In today’s message, Pastor Bill will be sharing the difference between knowing about God and having a personal relationship with God. Jesus is God, and He came down to earth to walk among us and to be known by us! 

Jesus rose from the Grave and spent another forty days with His disciples before he ascended. Where did he go? Well, He answered this question to His disciples. He said that He was going to prepare a place for us in His father's house. He was going to make us a Home. In today’s message, Pastor Bill will be sharing about what home means and represents in the Kingdom of God. As hard as life may be, we can be at peace knowing that there’s a place Jesus is preparing that will be everything we’ll ever need. 

How much time a day on average do you think a person spends worrying? In the age of information, it seems like the amount of information consumed directly correlates to the amount of stress people have. When Jesus was explaining things to His disciples, they would immediately be filled with worry and uncertainty. When there is uncertainty it feels natural to have a sense of worry. In today’s message, Pastor Bill will be sharing Jesus’ encouragement to not let our hearts get in trouble with the world. He has overcome it!

When the disciples were with Jesus, they had three years' worth of conversation, teachings, and lessons. During those times, they had questions, they were confused, and they had to deal with issues of Sin in their heart. Jesus will help them address those issues, but it’s important to realize that Jesus was the reason they came up! He stirred the pot of their heart so they could be made whole. In today’s message, Pastor Bill will be talking more about Jesus’ heart in being the agitator of their beliefs!

Sometimes we may think that, “If Jesus was here in person I would have so much faith and always believe in Him!” Judas lived with Jesus for three years. Judas saw Him do miracles, listened to His teaching, and even went out to spread Jesus’ message. However, Judas allowed Satan to have a place in his mind and heart and he eventually betrayed Jesus. In today’s message, Pastor Bill will be sharing about the danger of entertaining the enemy's voice. There’s only room for God's truth in our hearts.  

Jesus was fully God and fully man. So if Jesus was fully man, He must have experienced all of the same emotions that you and I experience throughout life. There were probably many times where He was Happy, Angry, Lonely, Sad, or Hurt. When Jesus was betrayed, it wasn’t just a random person who betrayed him, but His friend Judas. He loved Judas, washed his feet, and Judas loved even Him at one Point. In today’s message, Pastor Bill will be sharing about the heartbreak Jesus must have felt at His friend's betrayal. 

Have you ever met someone who was so loving to people? It didn't matter where they would go or what they would do, it just seems like they can’t help but love people. Jesus is constantly raising the bar for what it looks like to love people. As we grow in our walk with Christ, He will continue to show us newer and deeper ways of loving people! In today’s message, Pastor Bill will give us another example of where Jesus is raising the bar when it comes to loving people! He is our example of love!
