Anger is one of the top three emotions that stop people from hearing God.
You might not consider yourself an angry person, but what we don't realize is that we all go through a life where we feel a sense of injustice due to God not answer our prayers or fulfilling our expectations.
What this creates is a slow burn kind of anger that goes unnoticed. Instead of addressing it directly, we distract ourselves and develop coping mechanisms that stop us from resolving the root issue.
Listen in to this interview with Jamie Winship as we tackle the very real problem of anger and how we can create peace in our lives in such a way that increases our ability to receive from God.

Habits are often discussed, studied, and heralded as the #1 thing you can focus on to improve your life.
I would have to say that changing some of my own habits has been super helpful, but the more I connect with Christ, the more I learn of new ways to approach commonly spoken of subjects.
You'll be pleasantly surprised by the way I share about habits and how to view them so that creating them is filled with more ease and love.
And for those of you who want to deepen your relationship with Christ so you can have your own profound insights each and every day, then check out episode 160 where I speak about a daily call you can come and join to start creating a conversational relationship with Christ.

And if you still struggle, that's where I can help you. I run a call every single morning that really helps to set the stage for you to hear and act upon the promptings you receive.

In this episode, we dive into a growing trend—why so many young adults are leaving organized religion, including The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Drawing from powerful research and personal insights, we’ll explore the real reasons behind this exodus. I’ll share why feelings of shame, disconnection, and the desire for freedom often push people away and how, instead of walking away from faith, we can transform our experience with Christ.
You’ll learn how the challenges we face inside the church can actually be the key to finding true freedom, love, and joy. We’ll talk about how shifting your mindset can help you thrive in the hardest moments, strengthen your relationship with God, and make a real impact in your community. This episode will help you see faith in a whole new way, giving you tools to grow spiritually without running from the struggles. Listen in for insights on reclaiming your identity and living in Christ’s love, even when things get tough.
