Fr. Matthew Widder- Sunday’s Gospel (Luke 6:39-45)

Chuck and Fr. Matthew give us a preview of the following Sunday’s Gospel- hypocrisy and taking out the beam in our own eye before we tell another to remove the speck in his or her eye.

Caller Story- I was not kind to my sister when she was depressed in college, and now I am facing some difficulties in my life. I reconciled with her and recognized my faults and repented.

Caller Story- I divorced my husband and started a series of same-sex relationships for years, but I repented and came back to the faith after some self-reflection.

Caller Story- I began my conversion to the Catholic faith after going to Twelve Step programs to help deal with my husband’s alcoholism.
