Caller Question- How can we carry on a penitential spirit all year long, after Lent?

Caller Story- My cousin died, and I offered up my labor pains for his soul as well as other peoples’ intentions.

Caller Story- My husband passed away 13 years ago, and I offered up all of my pain for the next widow in our parish.

Caller Story- I am offering up mortifications for my father’s return to the faith.
