  • What Most Psychedelic Retreats Are Missing

I’ve told you what happens at my retreats, what happens after, and shared many of my own psychedelic experiences & talked about what some of my clients have experienced but…

I haven't told you how they started. In this episode of The Inner Trip, I'm sharing the story behind my psychedelic retreats and why I do things the way I do.

We talk about my first experiences with ayahuasca and psilocybin, about the gaps I noticed (especially around support and integration), and I also share how what prompted me to host a retreat before I was ready.

For this week's integration, think about a gap you see in something and how you close it in your own way. I'd love to hear your answer! DM me on Instagram and tell me.

Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking: how good can it get?!

  • Feeling It All: What My LSD Journey Taught Me About Being Alive

Have you ever tried to stop a feeling before it could fully arrive? In this episode of The Inner Trip, I'm sharing my most recent LSD journey. I'm also modeling share circle, the first step of integration in my retreats.

We talk about what came up for me, from fear and loneliness to the pull to stay busy. We talk about what it means to stop avoiding the hard feelings. I also share a book passage that I can't stop rereading.

For this week's integration, catch yourself trying to stop an emotion. It might be sadness or anger. Let the cage go. Let it flow and see what happens. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking: how good can it get?!

  • Why Changing Behavior Is So Hard (and What to Do Instead)

Have you ever tried to change a habit and found yourself right back where you started? In this episode of The Inner Trip, I'm explaining why changing behavior is so hard. It's not a moral failure. It's how your brain works.

We talk about why the brain follows the path of least resistance, how psychedelics can help you create a fresh start, and I share a simple tool that makes change easier.

For this week's integration, pick one change you've wanted to make. Then follow the formula in the episode to make it happen. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking: how good can it get?!

  • Behind the Scenes of a Psychedelic Retreat

In this episode of The Inner Trip, I'm debriefing my latest retreat in Vermont, just two days after it ended. This one is raw and unfiltered. I'm sharing my honest thoughts before I've had time to fully process them.

We talk about how often to journey and why I aim for about once a quarter. We talk about what it takes to prep a retreat, from screening participants to setting up the space. I also share a personal moment from my travel day, where I learned to meet an anxious thought with love instead of pushing it away, and how that same lesson showed up constantly once the retreat began.

For this week's integration, notice a dark thought. Don't push it away or tell it to be quiet. Meet it with love, like you'd comfort an upset child, and see how it shifts. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get?

  • The Prep Work No One Talks About Before a Journey

People are beginning to realize how important integration is after a journey. No one talks about what happens before. In this episode of The Inner Trip, I'm sharing five things I recommend doing before any journey, whether it's mushrooms, LSD, or ayahuasca.

We talk about setting a clear intention and letting it start to bake you before you even arrive. We talk about noticing your consumption, not just food and substances, but also what you're feeding your mind through media. I also cover practicing stillness, facing your fears ahead of time, and prepping your physical space so nothing distracts you once you're in it.

For this week's integration, pick one of these five things. Set an intention for your day. Notice what media you're consuming. Sit still for ten minutes without your phone. Write down a fear and let it play out. Or tidy up your space and notice how it feels. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get?

  • What it Really Takes to Build a Business

Have you ever set a goal for your business only to realize the real work underneath it had nothing to do with money at all? In this episode of The Inner Trip, I'm giving you a sneak peek into where the women in this round of Limitless Woman are starting from, their goals, their patterns, and what's really underneath what they say they want.

We talk about the sweet spot of discomfort and why too much pressure leads to burnout instead of growth, the difference between staying busy and actually taking action, and why a business goal almost always turns out to be about something deeper. I also share what's coming up for these women around cycles of burnout, monetary goals, medication, and numbing, and why I believe the more you clear internally, the more success shows up in your business.

For this week's integration, write yourself a letter or journal entry about where you are right now and what you're committed to working on, whatever that looks like in your business, your relationships, or your health. Set a reminder to open it back up in a few months and see what's shifted. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get?

  • Why Knowing Better Doesn't Mean Doing Better

Have you ever known exactly what you should do differently, understood it completely, and still kept doing the same thing anyway? In this episode of The Inner Trip, I'm talking about the gap between awareness and integration, and why being self-aware isn't the same thing as actually changing.

We dive into what happens when insight gets used as an excuse instead of a starting point, and why understanding a pattern doesn't automatically shift it. We talk about the difference between knowing and repeating a new behavior often enough for it to become natural, why I aim for 51% instead of perfection, and how microdosing creates space to see a different version of yourself without doing the work of embodiment for you.

For this week's integration, ask yourself: what's something I'm aware of about myself that I don't like, and haven't actually changed? Choose one small action this week that moves you toward the version of yourself you want to be. Remember, understanding a pattern doesn't make you feel better. Changing it does. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get?

  • Never Subscribed? Here’s what to do!

Have you ever caught yourself believing something is impossible for you, without ever actually questioning if that's true? In this episode of The Inner Trip, I'm talking about the invisible rulebooks, or "manuals," we all carry that quietly limit what we think is possible for our lives and our businesses.

We dive into why there's no such thing as objective reality and how every experience we have is filtered through our own past and beliefs. We talk about the difference between being the average and being the outlier, and why comparing yourself to what's "normal" can keep you stuck below a ceiling you never had to accept. I also share a story about fleas in a jar that reframed how I think about self-imposed limits, and a simple shift for catching yourself in worst-case-scenario thinking.

For this week's integration, ask yourself: what's a manual I'm operating from right now? Is it actually true, or just something I've accepted without questioning? Choose one belief, one size bigger than the one you've been living in, and spend this week entertaining it. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get?

  • Are You Stuck in Analysis Paralysis?

Have you ever found yourself constantly learning, researching, planning, and preparing, but somehow still not taking the action you know you need to take? In this episode of The Inner Trip, I’m talking about the gap between knowing and doing, and why so many people stay stuck in analysis paralysis even when they already have the answers they’re looking for.

We dive into why understanding your patterns is not the same as changing them and why so many people wait for the perfect plan before moving forward. We talk about treating your life and business like an experiment, gathering feedback, making adjustments, and being willing to fail your way toward success. I also explain how microdosing has reduced my overthinking, second-guessing, and helped me to understand how and why the goal is not perfection.

For this week’s integration, ask yourself: Where am I stalling? What is something you already know but haven’t taken action on yet? Choose one small step you can take toward integrating that insight into your life. Remember, learning without implementation keeps you stuck. The real transformation happens when you take what you know and start living it. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get?

  • The 51% Rule for Sustainable Personal Growth

Why can you understand exactly where your patterns come from and still struggle to behave differently when you are triggered? In this episode of The Inner Trip, we talk about why shame, guilt and self-judgment can keep you trapped in the very patterns you are trying to escape, and why sustainable change is not about embodying a new behaviour perfectly. It is about choosing it more often than not.

I break down three reasons integration can feel so difficult, including the pressure to change everything at once, the deeply wired patterns that keep pulling us toward familiar behaviours, and the lack of practical integration support in many healing and personal development spaces. We explore how all-or-nothing thinking can push you to fall back into old behaviours. This is where the 51% rule comes in, because if you can live in alignment with what you have learned 51% of the time, you are already creating a new pattern.

For this week’s integration, ask yourself: What is something I already know but have not taken action on? Then identify one small step you can take toward embodying that insight. It might be scheduling a conversation, writing down what you need to say, setting a boundary, or making one choice that reflects the person you are becoming. You do not need to get it right 100 percent of the time. Start by choosing the new response 51% of the time. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get?
