We’re back with the guests! This week we are joined by Heidi and Liv from the independent clothing brand, Aesthetic Laundry. Heidi set up the company a few years ago with a focus on fit and colour! Now that things are exploding for her she’s taken on a bigger team, including best friend Liv.

After we gave you the opportunity to the listen back to the live show from Liverpool, Shell and Alex sit down to debrief the events after a week away.

So, they happened. We premiered our short film in front of a select audience in Liverpool, and London, as we played the soundtrack along, LIVE. This was then followed up by a live discussion for this very podcast! This week we dip back into our own pond, or pie, of creatives, we learn more about who the fuck Deliah is. Michelle talks to Dop about the start of his journey, through the two of them meeting, and up to now.

We explore guitar inspirations, changing musical styles and how expression through lyrics can impact your life as a whole, not just creatively.

This week we set up on a lazy morning after spending the weekend with our good friends, and ex-housemate, Connor Docherty and Holly Addison. Colly and Honnor are engaged, but also have set up a brand new guitar tuition company, together, CDM Academy. This is perfect for us as we talk about working with your partner, taking alternative creative paths and even get into the realms of toxic masculinity.

Join us this week as we dry off, with a baileys hot chocolate, after our photoshoot in the rain with our regular guest, Ben Gladwan. Off the back of having a great time taking snaps for our upcoming releases, we chat about the importance of band photography, the difference between art and marketing and our usual silliness. Oh, and our usual smegs, of course.

This week we are very excited to welcome XamVolo to the podcast. Xam can only be described as an artist and is one of the most creative and original people working in music today. We’re lucky enough to have ties from our time in Liverpool, doing a writing session with him and of course, Tee having played bass for him.

We go down the rabbit hole about creativity, industry and Xam’s latest venture, his podcast, The Art Of Dffrnce. All this, plus our usual smegments!

This week we check back in with our very first guest, our good friend and collaborator, Oliver Nagy. We talk about music and check back in with what he is up to with his band, Wide Eyed Boy, but we mainly wanted to talk about another string to his bow…modelling. We’ve never looked into this world and it’s great to hear stories about crazy castings, small talk on set and the fragility of the career. Shell also talks about being a cow.
