A little about Heather:
HEATHER JADE FISCHER-PAGE, MA, FNTP, CFSP, QHDS, CEHP
Early in life, Heather had profound connections with spirits and other multidimensional beings. At the same time she started experiencing a series of health crises that prompted her to begin combining different healing modalities and weaving them into her daily practices. As Heather's spiritual practice and connection with her guides evolved, so did her understanding of others from a mind, body, spirit and soul purpose perspective.
As an adult, she began integrating a number of spiritual techniques, from nutrition to human design, energy healing and deep wisdom from her guides to help clients make major transformations in their lives. Clients also began approaching her to connect with their departed loved ones, but also to clear their homes and business spaces of spirits and negative energy, and her practice grew exponentially. Heather's natural ability to connect and cross over trapped spirits and clear the home's energy, have since then helped so many to bring positivity back their lives. She now mentors others to connect with their guides, angels and spirit, unlocking their true potential and gifts.
She also hosts “The Integra Podcast”, bringing her listeners Inspiration, Wisdom and Wellness as she interviews leaders in the fields of wellness, spiritual guidance and functional medicine. Her podcast is available on all major platforms.

In the latest episode of The Integra Podcast, I welcome back Jennifer Doctrovich. We talk about preparing our bodies for shifts as we age, nutritional psychology, stress and trauma and the effects of leaky gut on our mental health. Jennifer shares great tips on healthy aging for women that include our mental and physical health. Don't miss the great book recommendations for food, mood and aging.
A little about Jennifer Doctorovich:
Growing up in London, Jennifer Doctorovich had the privilege to be exposed to history, the arts, and travel! She began her journey as a professional actress, having received her BFA at The California Institute of the Arts in classical theater. Returning to Houston after graduation, she worked in theater, radio, and film; and continued her journey to New York acting and producing as a union actor in both SAG and Equity.
Among Jennifer's many “pay the rent” jobs included being a group fitness instructor in both New York and Houston, having taught cycling, rebounding, HIIT, and core, developing a passion for physical health, endurance, and weight loss. It is here where her interest in holistic and integrative health began. In 2008, she received her functional nutritional therapy practitioner certification as well as her Food and Spirit certification in 2016. As a Food and Spirit practitioner, she began to combine her knowledge of nutrition, psychology, energy, creativity, emotions, and intuition.
During this time, her interests were focused on psychoneuroimmunology (the study of the digestive and immune system as it relates to the brain), neurotransmitters, trauma, hormones, and digestive disorders. Jennifer had two clinical practices and began to work with Transformation Enzymes, focusing on Leaky Gut. Adding functional blood chemistry training with enzyme therapy, her goal has been to help her clients find relief from systemic inflammation, all of which can drive toxic behavior both emotionally and somatically.
You may have also seen Jennifer on TLC's My 600 Pound Life, serving as a nutrition consultant on the show. In 2022, she acquired my Master of Science at the University of Western States in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a counselor, her background in functional medicine has allowed her to focus on nutritional psychology as a niche at a private practice, Transformational Healing Houston.
As an Licensed Professional Counselor -A in clinical practice, Jennifer's population interest is in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, aging concerns in women, and serving performing artists with mindfulness-based interventions. In addition, she will be adding classes and programs around nutritional psychology, hormones, immune health, and anti-aging.

In this solo episode, Heather Jade Fischer-Page, host of The Integra Podcast explores spriitual awakening and how breakdowns are sometimes our biggest gifts of awakening to our true and authentic selves. The path to awakening isn't always just love and light, but a deep dive into our triggers, our conditioning from this lifetime and past lives, how we protected ourselves with certain behaviors and how we can transform these through healing modalities. The approach is a mind body spirit and soul approach, looking at ways to support ourselves holisitically through these breakdowns and transform them in to breakthroughs.
A little about the host: Heather began her health journey early in life, combining different healing modalities and weaving them into her daily practices as a young adult. After being diagnosed with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia at the age of 41, she dug deeper into the root causes and with the help of several holistically-minded practitioners, she was able to reverse the effects and live a more vibrant life. Seeing the power of an integration of many modalities, she sought out her own educational path and became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified Food and Spirit Practitioner, combining the functional and spiritual sides of holistic health. As Heather's spiritual practice and connection with her guides, the angels and Spirit evolved, so did her understanding of others from a mind, body, spirit and soul purpose perspective. She combined her love of astrology and I Ching and pursued more knowledge around Human Design and Quantum Human Design as well as other modalities including a two-year intensive energy healing program. This integrated approach birthed Integra Holistic Wellness, where Heather combines her wisdom, intuition and knowledge to offer clients a four-pillared approach to vibrant health and wholeness. She truly believes that we all have that innate intelligence to help ourselves, we just have to tap into the source. Heather gives her clients the space, guidance and mentoring to achieve a more richer and fuller life - mind, body, spirit and soul.
