Please welcome John Zorklunn. He’s been in the BDSM community for nearly two decades, and has been specializing in Rope Play or Rope Bondage. This is a special type of bondage that can involve very intricate knots, tying up people and then suspending them either from the ceiling, rafters or other instruments. It can also be quite aggressive. The main elements behind rope bondage though, are empathy, communication, negotiation and after-care. Without these elements fully respected, the rope play itself can wind up pretty nasty. This show was incredibly interesting. We hope you enjoy it! If you’d like to reach John Zorklunn, you can find him on Facebook or on www.fetlife.com under Zorklunn.

This episode involves some VERY uncomfortable conversation, but also some tips to really nail it when it comes to being an amazing partner, and finding love. We get into why women need to play hard to get, and how to do that properly, and how to “KILL” your way into a great relationship. We also uncover some cringe-worthy truths behind what the sexes find attractive, and the science that backs it up.
Our guest, Dr Duana Welch, is the author of Love Factually: 10 Proven Steps from I Wish to I Do (2015)—the first science-based book to take you from before you meet until you commit to The One. Duana launched LoveScience in 2009. Duana is also a contributor at Psychology Today and at eHarmony, taught psychology at Austin, Texas universities, was twice voted Professor of the Year, and received a NISOD Teaching Excellence award in 2012.

Women are constantly emasculating men, because they don’t feel appreciated. And men are angry with women, because they don’t feel appreciated either. So neither of us are feeling appreciated, and it’s creating this back and forth separation. A battle of the sexes. How can women learn more about men and encourage them? And how can men learn more about, and encourage women? The first step comes down to listening. And remaining emotionally steadfast during emotional turbulence, and allowing our partners to be angry, or upset, without judging them.
Our guest, Sheleana Aiyana, has spoken in front of hundreds of people on this topic, and has a company called Rising Woman. This company is designed to empower the feminine, and create more intimacy in their relationships. You can find her at www.risingwoman.com, or on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/RisingWomanSisterhood.

Dr Gayle Friend really believes that personal development and growth is the root of where we start to really have healthy and happy relationships. She goes over her results based, and proven techniques of how to build on the 5 points of intimacy that cultivate healthy relationships. And probably my favourite line throughout this episode, was when Dr Gayle Friend said, “We’re taught to value performance and achievement over connection and intimacy.” It really highlights how we misinterpret intimacy in our relationships. Once we learn how to engage on a mental, emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual levels, as she explains to us, we can live a truly intimate and loving life. You can reach her at www.drgaylefriend.com/gifts for some tips on how to keep the spark alive, and how to deepen intimacy. Today we have the Founder of ManTalks, Connor Beaton. Connor is the leader in a new movement and community centered around opening up the dialogue around men’s challenges in our culture, and what it means to be a modern man. And we can’t think of a better man to be leading this community.
Connor is not foreign to challenges. He has openly admitted to struggling with sex addiction, and repeated disloyalty to partners he truly cared for. In this episode, he discusses where that came from, the struggles with guilt and shame, how he’s been able to overcome and integrate that part of who he is, into a healthy, happy relationship. It’s through these challenges that make him a prime candidate to lead men through the challenges they encounter in our modern era.

Tantra is a lot more than simply breathing techniques and some orgasms. The definition of it is “weaving light and sound through form” as our guest outlines. Jacques Drouin has over 35 years of experience in Tantra and he explains how men can experience non-ejaculatory orgasms. AND he explains how men can experience up to 8 different types of orgasms, women 11, and how women’s sexual energy is more powerful than men’s. He also dives into some more spiritual takes on tantra, orgasm, energy, and human connection. This show offers primarily mental shifts and explanations of what tantra is, and some new perspectives on how to view sex, intimacy and pleasure. In the second half, he gives some basic useful tools that you can use at home. If you want to learn more about tantra, he can be reached at www.tantricartsoflove.com or www.tibetantantra.com.

As a heads up, this episode is primarily focussed on men finding the right partner. Myke has a really interesting story. He came to Canada from the Phillipines as a teenager in high school, having never seen a microwave or white people. He couldn’t speak English, was overweight, and was incredibly shy. After years of loneliness, he dove into the world of Pick-up Artists and started to learn how to be a social, confident man.
After doing that for years, he decided to move away from the Pick-Up Artist world, and started his own business as a dating coach. In his own brand, he focusses on helping men find the confidence, and social skills to overcome social anxieties and bad habits, and he does so with integrity. His motto is to always leave women (and men) better then when you found them. Myke can be reached at www.socialmanproject.com, and he has free webinars for you to listen in on, and get some tips to find your ideal partner, build confidence, and set yourself up for success in the dating world.
