When setting out on the entrepreneurial journey, many doubts can creep up and cause us to half a$$ our efforts.

No matter how passionate you are about your business, you can't expect it to be  "rainbows and butterflies"  every waking minute.

Regardless of your chosen industry,  monotony (AKA consistency) and grunt work will come with the territory- especially in the early days.

And while outsourcing the tasks you hate is the ultimate goal, until you  have generated the required cash flow for help, you will need to make peace with some of the aspects of your business that you don't absolutely love .

So you've set out to kick some a$$ this year and manifest all you desire- taking inspired action on the daily, holding the vision, keeping the faith,  annnd.....nothing but crickets. 

No results to be had and no proof all of the hard work you are doing will ever even pay the f**K off !

While you may be tempted to throw in the towel right about now (trust me...I know the feeling), this is definitely no time to give up or lose hope.

Given so much of the messaging in this podcast is about harnessing flow and ease,  today's episode may come as a bit of surprise to you, but,  I am going to go ahead and risk sounding contrarian anyway ...

Believe it or not, sometimes "going with the flow" can actually derail you.

Derail you from your values, derail you from your intuition and,  even worse, derail you from your ultimate purpose.

Not only is being in flow 24/7 simply not humanly possible, it is actually  a violation of universal law (remember.. we live in a dualistic reality).

 When the stream your are flowing on  is in alignment with your higher self,  being "in the flow" is an incredibly powerful state. On the other hand,  if you are aimlessly flowing in fear or scarcity based programming, ,you risk drifting into a tumultuous path of  doubt, frustration, resistance and confusion.

If you have felt out of whack lately, it may be time to reevaluate just whose stream you are actually flowing with.   A stream aligned in love and truth? Or a stream projected from shame and fear?

I don't care how spiritually evolved or disciplined you think you are , this time of year, something  is bound to challenge your nervous system.

Whether it be the frenzy and bustle  of your overloaded, social calendar, the added financial pressure it all entails, or simply the increased likelihood for overindulgence (AKA anxiety-inducing alcohol and sugar hangovers), during the holidays,  it is super easy to get knocked off your center and tailspin into unconscious, auto-pilot mode.

In this episode, I am sharing how I was able to pull myself out of a recent tailspin and in sharing my story, my hopes are that I can serve as a cautionary tale  to others.
