He has extensive experience in turning ideas into products and successful businesses and has founded six companies, including OnTarget Chemistry, which was acquired by Recipharm in 2015. He also serves as a board director at several Life Sciences companies and is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board at Akthelia Pharmaceuticals.

Fredrik holds a PhD in medicinal chemistry from Gothenburg University and an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics.
