Washington, D.C. is stuck in a bizarre time loop — and Gen Z is officially done with it.
On today’s episode of The Isabel Brown Show, we break down why U.S. senators, Supreme Court justices, and even licensed doctors still refuse to answer the most basic biological questions: What is a woman? and Can men get pregnant? From Josh Hawley grilling an OB-GYN on Capitol Hill to shocking language used during Supreme Court arguments on women’s sports, the disconnect between Washington and reality has never been clearer.
But here’s the good news: while the Beltway clings to woke nonsense, Gen Z is moving forward — embracing objective truth, common sense, and even resurrecting the cultural vibes of 2016. Less censorship, more authenticity. Less elite nonsense, more real life.
We’re talking biology, culture, nostalgia, and why 2026 might just be the year sanity makes a comeback.

All eyes are on Iran — and for good reason — but today we zoom out to the root issue underneath it all: free speech as the baseline for human liberty. Pope Leo delivers a shockingly direct warning to Europe about "Orwellian" anti-free speech laws, while Keir Starmer escalates the UK’s crackdown on X under the flimsiest "safety" pretense imaginable. Meanwhile, Australia introduces a truly terrifying hate speech bill that threatens prison time for speech that could theoretically cause fear — even retroactively. This is what censorship becomes. This is why it matters. And this is why we cannot afford to sit down, shut up, and self-censor while the West is being uprooted in real time.

Today is a big day in Washington, D.C. — because the Supreme Court is hearing two major cases out of West Virginia and Idaho that could determine whether states can keep biological males out of women’s sports.
The ACLU is pushing a radical argument that would effectively rewrite what “sex” means under the law, and Title IX is at the center of it all. So I went straight to the steps of the Supreme Court with my daughter Isla to stand with the athletes, moms, and advocates fighting to protect women’s spaces.
In this episode, I sit down with XX-XY Athletics founder Jennifer Sey to break down what these cases mean, why an executive order isn’t enough, what happens next no matter how the Court rules, and why this fight is still far from over in states like my home of Colorado and beyond.
We will never stop fighting for our daughters. Period.

Something historic is happening in Iran — and the mainstream media is doing everything it can to ignore it.
Across all 31 provinces, Iranians — led largely by young people and women — are risking everything to overthrow an authoritarian Islamic regime that has ruled through fear, violence, and religious oppression for decades. They’re lighting up the streets with phone flashlights after the government cuts the power. They’re burning hijabs, tearing down the Ayatollah’s image, and saying never again to radical Islam — even when it costs them their lives.
Today on The Isabel Brown Show, we break down what’s actually happening in Iran, why this moment represents a generational reckoning between freedom and authoritarianism, and why the West’s silence — and apology for radical Islam — is morally indefensible.
This is what real courage looks like. And it demands our attention.

It’s Friday, baby — and it’s a GOOD Friday, because there’s actually real, tangible good news coming out of Washington, D.C. (even though the mainstream media would rather chew glass than report it honestly).
First: I spent yesterday at HHS for an incredible event with Secretary Kennedy, where the administration unveiled a new food pyramid that flips the old one on its head — and the message is shockingly simple: eat real food. Not chemical sludge. Not ultra-processed junk that your body can’t even pronounce. RealFood.gov is live, the branding is iconic, and for the first time in our lifetime, we’re watching public institutions say out loud what everyone already knows: America is sick — and the old “expert” guidance helped get us here.
Then: the media circus. From misreporting an ICE-related story out of Minneapolis, to whipping people into a frenzy, to pretending that telling people to eat steak is “tone deaf” — it’s propaganda, and J.D. Vance was NOT having it. His press conference response was moral clarity at full volume, and it was giving president energy.
And finally: housing. President Trump floated a plan to ban large institutional investors from buying single-family homes — because people live in homes, not corporations — and the media immediately tried to gaslight you into believing it “won’t help,” according to the same “experts” who always seem to defend the corporate middlemen buying up your future.
This is the blueprint for the American Dream being rewritten in real time — and if the media won’t tell you, I will.

Forget New Year’s resolutions — Gen Z is making “ins and outs” lists for 2026… and the biggest “IN” might shock you: Catholicism.
For the first time in American history, Gen Z has more Catholic Christians than Protestant Christians, and it’s not happening in a vacuum. We’re seeing mass baptisms on college campuses, Bible sales surging, Christian podcasts exploding (Father
Mike’s Bible in a Year nearing a mind-blowing milestone), and prayer apps like Hallow sitting at the top of the App Store. Something is shifting — fast.
Today, I’m joined by my friend Matt Fradd, host of Pints with Aquinas, as we break down what’s driving this Catholic moment: the hunger for tradition, the beauty and mysticism of the Mass, the backlash to our disenchanted and hyper-sexualized culture, and the exhaustion people feel from “church” that looks more like a rock concert than worship.
We also talk about the internet’s addiction to judgment, the narcissism that social media quietly feeds, and why real Christianity must always start with repentance — not self-righteousness. And finally: what you can expect from the Pints with Aquinas relaunch at The Daily Wire on January 12th.

We were all screaming at our TVs on New Year’s Eve — because that is how Stranger Things ended?! Apparently “being gay” saves the universe now (I wish I were kidding), and the Duffer Brothers handed one of the greatest shows of all time the most painfully lazy, woke Hollywood wrap-up imaginable.
But today, January 7th, 2026, the internet is convinced something bigger is happening: Conformity Gate — the theory that the finale we watched wasn’t the real ending at all, and that Netflix is about to drop a secret alternate episode. Fans are digging up wild clues: Netflix bios, clock hands set to 1:07, “secret ending” searches linking to Stranger Things, fake-ending references, meta interviews, and more.
Do I think it’s real? Probably not. But the coincidences are starting to stack up — and what’s even more interesting is why people are so desperate for it to be true: we’re exhausted by bad writing, hungry for intellectual challenge, and sick of beloved franchises getting the “go woke, go broke” treatment.
And before we go, we have to talk about the funniest new meme format of 2026: Marco Rubio being appointed to run literally everything. You’re welcome.

I am barely alive this week thanks to whatever flu plague is going around, but this was too important not to cover immediately. In the last 24 hours, the Trump Administration announced a major overhaul of the U.S. childhood vaccine schedule, cutting recommendations from 72 shots down to 11, aligning us with other developed countries. Predictably the worst voices on the internet are absolutely losing their minds that parents and medical practitioners might finally be more empowered.
Today, I break down what actually changed, what didn’t change–no matter what you read from sensationalist influencers pushing a TDS agenda–why parents still have choices to go beyond the recommendations if they want, and why the media narrative about “kids dying” doesn’t match reality.
Plus, we get into the Minnesota daycare fraud scandal blowing up social media (and impressive young independent journalist Nick Shirley casually ending Tim Walz’s entire political career) .
Finally, we end with some very necessary new rules for plane travel in 2026.

Merry Christmas — because yes, it is still Christmas — and happy almost New Year! I’m traveling with my family this week, but I couldn’t wait to share two conversations we recorded at AmericaFest that feel especially important right now, in the middle of what everyone is calling the Conservative Civil War.
Today, I’m joined by Andrew Kolvet, Executive Producer of The Charlie Kirk Show, and Mikey McCoy, Charlie’s former Chief of Staff and one of his closest friends. We talk honestly about Charlie in 3D — the leader, the visionary, the funniest guy in the room, and the friend — and what it looks like to honor his legacy without trying to replace him. We also get into the Kirk Doctrine, why unity matters more than ever going into 2026, what’s happening with the public trial process, and why the conservative movement can’t afford to keep fighting like strangers online when the world needs us standing shoulder to shoulder.

It’s the week of Christmas — so let’s talk about the debate that always comes back: should Christian families do Santa?
Today, I’m joined by Allie Beth Stuckey (Relatable) for a candid conversation about parenting, faith, and why her family chooses not to tell their kids Santa is real.
Before we get into the interview, I share the wild church-history rabbit hole I fell into this week: Saint Nicholas, the Reformation, and how “Christkind” eventually became Kris Kringle.
Then… we get into the modern cultural chaos, including the bestselling children’s book that’s trying to redefine Santa entirely.
Whether you love Santa traditions or you’re totally anti-Santa, my goal is simple: keep Christmas centered on Jesus Christ — and help parents navigate this season with clarity, conviction, and joy.
Do you plan to do Santa with your family? Tell me why or why not in the comments below!
