It is a special treat to converse with someone like Dalton, who I met at the sweat lodge this past November. In this episode, we practise the art of conversation while going into the varying lessons we've both learned on our respective journeys. Join us as we play with thought and pass through many ideas and feelings, culminating in a beautiful gift of presence and poetry.
Enjoy
In this episode, I go over a technique I use to help me break negative thought patterns and allow room for new thoughts to come through. We look at negative self-talk, the thought-feeling-thought cycle, and what non-judgmental awareness looks like.
Enjoy,
Molly
