As Narendra Modi proceeds to the USA tomorrow, for a 3-leg visit to attend Quad (China, Afghan, AUKUS, Covid), a bilateral with Biden (CAATSA, Covid and Pakistan) and address to the UN General Assembly (Global security, UNSC reforms, Covid), the wails on Pakistan TV are to be heard to be believed. It appears as if India is snatching away a global power status from Pakistan, which they always seem to have had.
From Capt. Amarinder Singh to crypto Charanjit Singh Channi, is the Congress simply jumping from the fry pan into the fire. Ramnik Mann joins Sanjay Dixit to discuss whether this step of removing the CM so close to the election is likely to have any effect at all, specially when the stamp of Navjot Sidhu carries the risk of Congress being subbed pro-Pakistan.
After the disastrous attempt to destroy things Hindu - what must Hindus do to protect and defend their rich heritage and ‘parampara’! Or are we going to become complacent after this win! The enemies are not sitting idle - they are plotting and planning- may be time to set the house in order!
The entire edifice of prohibition of child marriages is stuck in a legislative quagmire. Prohibition Act lacks teeth, has a gaping hole. Similarly, the Rajasthan Act for Registration of Marriages has a similar hole. The debate should focus on making the laws effective, rather than having them just for form's sake. Sanjay Dixit discusses.
In the 2nd Episode of Lessons from Hindu History by Sandeep Balakrishna, he tells Sanjay Dixit two more lessons to be learnt - 1. Hindu Generosity syndrome that turned brilliant strategic victories into defeats, 2. The origins of Hinduphobia.
Sukhi (Sukhjit Singh) Chahal is an activist in the true Indian tradition of inclusion. His organisation 'The Khalsa Today' is a leading counter to the Khalistani propaganda in the US. He joins up with Vibhuti Jha and Sanjay Dixit to talk about a holistic strategy to counter the anti-India propaganda in the West, particularly in North America.
The Rahul-Priyanka bravado is likely going to boomerang on the Italian family. Punjab's suspect operation has only created more problems in Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh. The Italian dynasty is eager to show that they are in command. The exhibitionism is going to make their fate worse than ever. The inimitable Bhau Torsekar and veteran Omkar Chaudhary join Sanjay Dixit to discuss the new assertive turn in Congress politics.
Syed Suleiman Hussaini Nadwi, the influential cleric of the Nadwa seminary of Lucknow, which is a Deoband style seminary has come out fully with his Pakistan agenda of separatism. Like the new Jinnah, he is telling Muslims not to vote for any Hindu led parties but to vote for Muslims only. Fayaz Ahmad Fyzie is with Sanjay Dixit and he calls it the latest Ashraf separatist tactic towards compartmentalising India again.
Even as Economy recovers strongly after the Covid shock, the clueless opposition continues to attack the Modi govt. on all the wrong issues, such as asset monetisation, and of course the farm laws. Added to that are the smaller issues of privatisation of public sector, and maybe they will also have a problem with the breather given to the telecom sector yesterday. Harsh Vardhan Tripathi, the well known broadcaster, joins Sanjay Dixit to discuss one of the two silver linings in the Modi 2.0 dispensation. (The other being Covid handling).
Even as Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh take out Tiranga Yatra in Ayodhya and promise to bring Rama Rajya in UP, the Kalnemi CM Arvind Kejriwal once again bans firecrackers in Delhi, saying that he wants to save lives. These lives were not his concern when he was allowing Oxygen, concentrators and medicines to be stockpiled by his own MLAs and friends, and was only concerned with putting his own government in the dock. Sanjay Dixit exposes his duplicity.
