    Gary's Advice

I would say if you're a manager and a supervisor or supervisor. You want to really take a good look at reducing your risk of workplace violence. Look at that injustice factor, and focus on managing to engage with your employees. I can't emphasize that enough. So that would be my best bit of advice. Learn how to manage for engagement, and that instead of not doing certain things, I would say do that. It's going to put you on the right path to making your organization less likely to have workplace violence.

I would say look, the greatest value that you're going to create is to stay focused on your mission and on your great purpose in life. The wisdom that I want to share is that look, all things are possible. Keep the faith and work hard and you can change the world with what you're doing. There's a great quote out there. "Never underestimate the power of a small group of people. In fact, it's the only thing that has ever changed the world."

You know what really makes successful people different is that they take deliberate action. If you're doing any business, any business at all online, you just really have to pay attention to your cyber security and take action. Again, companies are going out of business and just being absolutely humiliated online because they lost all their clients data. You don't want this to happen to you. You have worked too hard.

    Shaun's Advice

I think one of the most intimidating things is thinking that you need to have all the answers. Anytime you're trying to do something big, you're not the person day one who can do everything you're trying to do. You just need to commit to become the person you need to be. Just figure it out as you go and don't need to be intimidated by the fact that you don't have all the answers and that's a good thing.

    Scott's LinkedIn: @ScottRouse3

    Scott's FB Page: https://www.facebook.com/TheScottRouse/

    Scott's Advice

There are no absolutes in body language. Just because you've heard on TV, read the magazine or seen a movie. That does not mean something every time when somebody scratches their nose or pulls their hair.

Don't believe that it could be a myriad of different things. It could mean exactly what you think it means. But wait to see a couple other things around that. To help you make decisions about what you're actually seeing there.

There's not one thing that will tell you somebody is telling or not telling the truth. I don't care what anybody tells you. So get that in your head and you'll be so far ahead of everyone else with that one little piece of information.

I just think, man get out there and sell and promote yourself. Never forget you know people and that you can use your network and what you need to do is tell them what you're doing. Tell them what you're interested in.

Whether that's LinkedIn or email or whatever, like all of us have piles of contacts and people who care.

Just tell people what you're doing and what you're looking for. Everybody knows somebody. The worst thing you can do is sit around and wait an email or lead to drop or a phone to ring. If you have free moments and you want to grow your business, tell somebody about your business.
