This past Monday we celebrated Memorial Day.  We vacation, and we eat – and we eat a lot.  And what about those MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY SALES which have nothing to do with the holiday, except if you’re spending family time, if you have a family.  Why don’t we designate a holiday to to STOP HATING, to exercise, take a nap?
