Jesse is a proud husband and father.  Jesse grew up in a military family, living abroad in Europe and Asia.  His family’s Frederick County roots go back to the 1700’s.  Jesse previously served as the Chairman of the Frederick County Young Republicans.  In 2016, Jesse was appointed by Governor Hogan to the Board of License Commissioners for Frederick County.  Last year, Jesse was elected by the Board to serve as the youngest Chairman in Maryland, overseeing a State Agency that regulates the largest Geographical County in Maryland.  Under Jesse's leadership, the focus has been on modernizing processes, increasing transparency and improving customer service. In 2018, he was elected as a Delegate to the State House representing district 4.

Dylan Diggs was raised from birth in Mount Airy, Maryland. He stands on the shoulders of his parents, Eric and Denise, who instilled a spirit of hard work and curiosity that drives him today. Eric and Denise grew up and met in Baltimore in the 1950s and 1960s. Eric grew up on one of the rougher streets in the city. He knew that education and hard work were the keys for him to advance beyond his station. Driven to get out of Baltimore, Eric actually hitchhiked from his home to study at the University of Maryland.

Marie Fischer is a college information technology professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. She holds a degree in marketing from New York University. She currently lives in Brunswick, MD with her kids and dog. She is the 3rd vice president of the Maryland Federation of Republican Women, President of the Republican Club of Frederick County, as well as the a member of The National Center Public Policy  Research’s Project 21.

Michael Hough is a lifelong Maryland resident. He currently resides in Brunswick, MD with his wife Joey-Lynn and their 3 children. He has been re-elected to Senatorial District 4 serving most od Frederick County.

            Michael currently serves as a member of the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee and chaired Maryland’s Justice Reinvestment Supervision Subcommittee. He also serves as Chief of Staff for a member of Congress.

Debra Borden is the lead attorney in the Prince George's County Land Use Group for the Office of the General Counsel of the Maryland-National Park and Planning Commission. She advises the Prince George's County Planning Board and Planning Staff, reviews legislation, and supervises the attorneys and administrative staff in the Upper Marlboro office. Currently, she is working on a project to rewrite the Prince George's County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances. She is also the Chai of the Trustees for Frederick, Community College.

Previously, Borden worked as an Associate with Linowes and Blocher LLP, a real estate firm in Bethesda, Md., with deep roots in local land use law. Prior to joining Linowes, she was in private practice in Frederick, Md., and previously worked as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Frederick. She has advised local municipalities on zoning matters, real property transactions, police liability matters, and litigation-related issues.

Borden is a graduate of Montgomery County Public Schools, the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (BA Economics), and the University of Maryland, School of Law (JD). In addition to serving as a Trustee and former Chair of the Board of Trustees for FCC, she is Chair of the Community Foundation for Frederick County. Borden also serves as the Northeast Region representative on the Board of Directors for the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT). She has been Vice President of the Frederick County Commission for Women and has taught as an adjunct professor in law-related courses at Montgomery College and the University of Maryland, University College.

Nick Diaz was an educator in the Frederick County Public schools as a math teacher for 30 years. he currently is retired but acts as the Academic Tournament Coordinator. The tournament is in its 38th year and is open free to the public and promises to bring its usual excitement as students from all highschools in Frederick County go head to head, putting their knowledge and recall to the test. Since 1982, Linganore teams have won the tournament nine times, Frederick High has won six, teams from Gov. Thomas Johnson, Middletown, and Walkersville have each won five, Urbana has won three, Brunswick has won twice, and teams from Catoctin and Tuscarora have each won once. Craig Giangrande is a co-owner of Jeffrey Corporation; a family business that is a franchisee of Burger King Corporation. He, his brother Gary and their late father Tony initially purchased two units in 1991 and over the yearshave worked to develop their company to thirteen units located in the mid-Maryland/ south-central Pennsylvania area.
