  • #30 The Stripping of Our Will: Trusting the Unfolding

In this episode of The Project You Podcast, we’re talking about one of the hardest — but most beautiful — parts of growth: letting go of control and trusting the timing of who you’re becoming. Inspired by a powerful passage on how growth requires protection, incubation, and eventual shedding, we unpack what it means to surrender your timelines, release old versions of yourself, and trust the ripening process. If you’ve ever felt frustrated in the “in between,” this episode is for you. Your fruit is ripening — even if you can’t see it yet.

In a world where being perfect seems to be the goal- - it’s important that we know who’s we are & who we are.

We aren’t called to be perfect - we are called to be better today than yesterday! - that’s it. It doesn’t have to be quantum leaps, in fact I believe that in the day to day -our little steps in the right directions!

I am on a mission to help women become more of who they were created to be and less of who they were told to be.

And, that takes intention, that takes action

: My goal is to drop some wisdom, bring you resources and that takes community.

The real unlock is the Inner Work, and that’s what we do here!

  • #29 The Quiet Absence of Happiness

For so long, I believed I was rooted in joy—and I still am.

Joy is deep. Faith-filled. Steady. It’s never left me.

But a recent realization hit me hard: Happiness has been missing in certain areas of my life.

And I don’t say that lightly. I’m not chasing happiness. I’m not building my life around it. But I am wise enough to recognize when something matters—and honest enough to admit when it’s been missing.

In this episode, I unpack the difference between joy and happiness—and why, even when we’re strong, grounded, and grateful… we still deserve to feel light, playful, and truly happy in our day-to-day lives.

If you’ve felt the tension between growth and joy, faith and fun, purpose and play—this one’s for you.

Let’s talk about wholeness. And how happiness fits in.

In a world where being perfect seems to be the goal- - it’s important that we know who’s we are & who we are.

  • #28 Becoming Her: The Era of Coming Home to Myself

This episode is for the woman who’s feeling the shift.

The one who no longer craves the noise, the circles, the conversations that drain her.

The one who’s realizing she doesn’t need to be “in the mix” to be powerful.

The one who’s choosing peace over performance—and falling deeply in love with the woman she’s becoming.

I’m in that era now. And it’s quiet.

    It’s strong.

    It’s rooted.

In this episode, I’m talking about the loneliness that used to come from performing… and the freedom that comes from no longer needing approval.

I’m sharing how I’m evolving, what I’m releasing, and why the power of a woman in love with herself is a force that will ripple through generations.

This one is from the heart.

If you’re stepping into your becoming… this one’s for you.

We’re all in some kind of “middle.” Not where we started, not yet where we want to be. And while the space between can feel awkward, slow, or downright uncomfortable… what if it’s actually where the magic happens?

✨ How to embrace the messy middle without wishing it away

    There’s a sacred space we rarely talk about—the in-between.

That quiet, messy, liberating, and terrifying stretch of time when you no longer fit into who you were… but aren’t fully who you’re becoming.

In this raw and reflective episode, I open up about my own transformation—the identity shifts, the soul-level healing, the surrender—and what it feels like to be caught in the stretch between what was and what’s next.

  • #22 Expect the Best: The Power of Belief, Positivity & Preparedness

Do you ever feel like staying positive is just pretending? Like expecting the best is naive? In this episode, we flip that idea on its head.

Today I’m diving into the mindset shift that’s changed everything for me: living with bold belief. I’ll show you how expecting good things doesn’t make you soft—it makes you strong. Because when you believe in the greater good and the possibility of breakthrough, you rise to meet it.

  • #21 The Freedom of Letting Go: From Perfectionism to Peace

Have you ever messed up something simple and instantly gone into a spiral of shame, frustration, or self-blame? Yeah—me too. But what if there’s another way to live?

In today’s episode, I share a real-life moment that could’ve triggered my old perfectionist patterns: showing up late, at the wrong school, for a meeting I thought I had under control. But instead of beating myself up, I laughed—and in that moment, I realized how far I’ve come.

This episode is a heartfelt invitation to step away from the exhausting pressure to be perfect and step into the peace of giving yourself grace. We’ll talk about how perfectionism shows up, how to shift away from it, and how embracing your humanness leads to more freedom, joy, and connection.

If you’re tired of holding yourself to unrealistic standards, this one’s for you.

    What You’ll Learn:

    • How perfectionism disguises itself in everyday life
    • Why grace is more powerful than shame
    • 5 ways to start letting go and living lighter
    • The peace and presence that come with being human—not perfect

You don’t have to get it all right. You just have to keep showing up.

Let this be your permission slip to exhale and embrace the beauty of imperfection.

In a world where being perfect seems to be the goal- - it’s important that we know who’s we are & who we are.
