1. Getting mad, judging, and being mean to my wife, daughter, and anyone in my life.
2. Feeling like I am a bad person for my thoughts.
3. Being ashamed or feeling it is wrong to look at someone.
4. Focusing so much on what I want later that I forget what I need to give now.
5. Avoiding my feelings especially with work.
6. Withholding love and affection.
7. Condemning my dogs and other people's pets.
8. Feeling superior or inferior because of what I do or have.
9. Cramming my day so full I am afraid of failing to do everything.
10. Choosing less productive activities over more useful ones.
11. Making my schedule more important than what needs to be done now.
12. Fear of trying something new with the purpose of learning or giving.
13. Hesitating to look inside.
14. Forgetting my creator, my love, and my gratitude for living.
15. Expecting things to go my way.
16. Not making time to read and listen to books each day.
17. Fighting with commenters online.
18. Checking daily how many people are watching my videos and listening to my podcast.
19. Withholding my generosity and always demanding I get a good deal.
20. Placing the past or future above now.
