How to stay monetized and avoid losing the ability to get stars? Yes these documents are probably a 30+ minute read for most of us and well worth it.  Here are a few key takeaways based on where others have had issues with especially in this group:

1. Profanity.  I aim for NO cursing on my stream and do not allow anyone else's voice in my party to be heard on my stream because in EVERY SINGLE STREAMER I watched that had been demonetized, their streams were filled with profanity especially from those in their party.  While this is not to suggest that one f-bomb is going to instantly take down the stream, it is to say that if there are 100 of them in 30 minutes, that might do it.

How to isolate party chat from the stream?  On Xbox, this is easy with party chat.  On Playstation, I use a Turtle Beach headset while sending the game audio out the optical port while putting the chat to headset only.

Will leaving my comfort zone of playing the same games each day equal  excitement, learning, fun, and growth?  So far the answer is yes after reviewing the data from my streams and seeing that the most views are consistently on games that are either new or normally ones I do not play such as on Smite, Red Dead Redemption 2, Battlefield V, etc.  Given our mission here to carry a message of love and connection in the gaming community, I am imagining the necessity to step into the unknown of trying new games, either new to me or new to everyone, at least every other day because it is this diversity and challenge that produces massive growth and awareness.  With this in mind, I intend to get in some games of zombies and blackout each week within Call of Duty Black Ops 4 while also playing new games each week and games I do not usually play.  I value your feedback as always here as a part of our community and appreciate your unconditional love and support regardless of the game played!

How do I produce a vlog for Facebook, a new upload for YouTube, a podcast episode on iTunes and Spotify, and a post for my WordPress blog in just a few minutes each day along with exclusives for supporters on Facebook, live gaming videos on Facebook, and an exclusive video for pledges on Patreon each week?  The short version is that I use OBS or Open Broadcaster Software to record a video each day often with a background from Canva.  I generally create the ideas for the videos based on what I am recently learning or seeing that I can make a tutorial on that is valuable as well as purely inspirational ideas solving problems IRL.  With the video filmed, I put it into Final Cut Pro X on my iMac to grab a thumbnail and an MP3 file for the podcast.  With these three, I upload to Facebook, YouTube, and https://anchor.fm/jerrybanfield where my podcast is hosted and pushed via RSS to iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, and more other podcasting platforms.  Using the uploaded video, I then drop a link for my transcriber Denis Juma in Airtable who gets a text file over to Michel Gerard for editing into a WordPress blog post on my website!  I love this process because in maybe 30 minutes I can publish everywhere and maximize organic traffic especially from Google search, YouTube browse features, Facebook shares, and iOS podcast listens!  I imagine learning this creative workflow is very helpful for you today because after seven years as an entrepreneur online, I am finally grateful to have such a smooth process from idea to reality!

How do we use Facebook ads in 2019 to make any video viral and building a following for gaming?  The self-sustaining system I show here is based on getting enough views from advertising to trigger organic reach and placement followed by incoming ad break revenue in the creator studio.  When we do this repeatedly and continue attempting to hit the viral algorithm, one of our videos is likely to trigger in suggested videos and bring in many views from shares that show in the newsfeed!

Free high quality educational online work skills training for all on Facebook and YouTube?  In 2019 I intend to launch a charity with the mission to publish tutorials and free video courses that empower anyone in the world interested in learning the most valuable skills for freelancing and being an entrepreneur online to study without watching ads, sales pitches, or having to even needing to provide an email address!  Our focus is on the most in demand technical skills like coding, Linux, ethical hacking, social media, teaching online, etc. while also providing more general education like showing the true cost of a college education when borrowing money compared to learning skills online and immediately seeking clients.  I am imagining our collaboration on this and am researching now the necessary steps to take to get the corporation formed, apply for 501(c)(3) with the IRS, and get verified on Facebook for charity fundraising!
