How does investing an hour a day into whatever we are trying to grow give us the best chance to succeed in that area? Anything I put an hour a day into consistently goes well! Here is a list of what I consistently do for at least an hour each day!
1. Sobriety and recovery in Alcoholics Anonymous including attending a meeting and calling my sponsor.
2. Exercise and fitness including walking outside, stretching, situps, and pushups.
3. Family time including time with as many members of the family each day as possible and considering their needs throughout the day.
4. Live gaming videos with the intention to carry a message of love, hope, faith, connection, and charity in our gaming community.
5. Learning including video courses, audio books, and reading.
6. Rest and relaxation including massages, AA meetings, meditation, and walking my dogs.
7. Healthy eating including preparing meals like kale chips, washing fruit, and treats like almond butter with dark chocolate chips and honey.
8. "Work" including responding to messages, answering comments, uploading videos like this, recording new videos, reading emails, answering messages on discord, and planning for the future.
