Enjoy instant relief from financial insecurity by escaping the "money is tight" trap in our minds which tells us that we cannot afford what we want or to be generous because we do not have enough. The stress over our finances disappears when we realize that it is how we THINK and IMAGINE our money that creates the objective reality. When we change how we think from a mindset of not enough to one of having enough, we will suddenly see a world of abundance and be free to escape the trap of thinking we need more to have enough. Ironically, the "objective" world of our five senses follows what we believe meaning when we believe that money is NOT tight and we are free to spend as we like, the bank account generally follows along with proof in time!

What works to eliminate the difference between what we know is right and what we are actually doing? I imagine this will be really helpful for you if you are like me and sometimes see what we are doing is different from what we know is right. Today I have learned that when I listen to the voice of fear, ego, and/or the devil that tells me things like "You don't have time to do the things you know are good for you because ..." and "Healthy foods do not taste good" I get the results of pain, suffering, and frustration. When I pray and stick with doing what I know is right in my heart like eating mostly whole plant foods, stretching, exercising, spending time with my family, and trying to help you each day with whatever time I have left, I am consistently happy and able to enjoy life.
