Deadmau5 is currently one of the highest paid electronic music producers in the world according to Forbes. Would you let me tell you the story of learning about what it means to play again as an adult while showing how I actually do it during this live music video composition? All of us start as a child understanding how to play and benefiting from it. My daughter at less than two years old spends half her day playing without any goal for the outcome. As a young man, I started to forget what it meant to play as I started playing video games which initially were just for fun. In my teenage years, games started to be less fun and started more to be battles where I always had a certain objective to conquer in the game. Growing up a little more to an adult, I quickly lost most of a sense of true recreation in my life as I associated productivity with self-worth and playing as a waste of time. The moment of awakening came when I realized that what I thought was play in spending hours on League of Legends and Call of Duty rarely fit a wholehearted definition of play like Brene Brown uses. This definition focuses on true play as not aimed at a specific outcome such as winning the game or being done as a means to an end such as leveling up. It shocked me to realize that honestly my life had almost no true play in it anymore which motivated me to try making music. Initially I spent a lot of time just playing around with music but quickly transformed it into productivity meaning I had to produce songs.

Today my vision is to show you what play looks like as I experiment with the Serum synthesizer in making some live trance and electronic dance music with no specific outcome required! If I make nothing of use to anyone, so what? We are just having fun hearing the amazing sounds of Serum by XferRecords in my favorite digital audio workstation FL Studio 12!

Would you like to earn how to make $200 a day mining Ethereum with a small initial investment? With the ETH price over $300 today, the opportunity to mine Ether is now extremely profitable! In this video see an introduction to what research and purchases are necessary to begin. While I thought mining any cryptocurrency was too technical for me, I now see getting started on a small scale is relatively straightforward with scaling up possible with confirmation the initial system is working.

First, the basics of mining Ethereum are explained at https://www.ethereum.org/ether. Second, the profit estimate tool I used is at https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/calculator/eth. Third, the website I used to start learning about what graphics cards are needed was https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining#/equipment.

In summary, using a new or used Windows or Linux machine to begin just for mining seems ideal because this will be the only need and function of the computer. For a few hundred dollars, buying a new machine to just do mining is the most basic starting point. Next, buying a small amount of graphics cards to get started is the next step to verify the mining setup is working and to get an idea of the costs to scale. While the idea of dropping $20,000 to make a mining setup that produces $13,000 a month seems like a big risk, how about starting out with $1,000 in graphics cards to produce $600 a month to verify everything works?

After confirming the setup is working, then it is logical to slowly scale up by adding more graphics cards and machines steadily over time using the profits generated as proof that more is possible with more power. While I would not start off spending much without any proof I could actually set it up correctly, after confirmation that I could indeed build a mining machine that worked, I would be motivated to build more.

The real opportunity to earn much more than $200 a day is to learn how to build mining rigs for Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies. Once we have the system down, we can just keep building more over time and then the money comes in on autopilot! This seems ideal compared to paying into a mining pool where another company is likely earning a significant share of my profits and maintains control over all of the machines.

One of the biggest initial challenges is finding a graphics card that has proven hashing power but is not sold out.
