This episode is for me as much as it is for you. With confusion caused daily around what is and isn’t healthy, and what choices we should make regarding Covid-19, I have been working hard over the last year on my own personal health. Of course I’ve been a trainer for many years and always been an advocate for health, but what does that really mean? I decided in March of 2020 that exercise wasn’t enough. So I’ve been working on defining what health is and how to obtain it. This episode is just my thoughts, slight more organized than usual.
