The Artist Personality Type Pt5
This mini-series “The Artist Personality Type” were originally, two long recordings. I’ve broken them up for you into multiple episodes that focus on one specific topic in this epiphany.
Part 5:
There are many aspects to mental health. I am not a doctor. I can only speak about my experiences in the things I’ve seen other people in my life go through. In this episode the discussion comes to this idea of losing time. As Artists we all find our way to the “zone” this is where I have found I “Lose” the most time. The big difference between those in “The Artist Personality Type” and the traditional bipolar diagnosis is that when we come to, we can see the fruits of our labor in the work we have been making. If there is a positive tangible result of the time, was it ever lost to begin with? If focusing is losing time, and regular time passing is tracking time… I’ll take focusing. Normal time passage typically yields little to show for itself. It’s often filled with wandering thoughts or poor multitasking. I hope this helps explain and give more of us hope and feel less broken and less of an outsider!
Enjoy!
