Most of us begin our businesses journey with an intense focus on the product or service we want to deliver. We want it to be the best product or service we’re capable of delivering. We’re entrepreneurs, we’re solopreneurs, and we’re proud of our product.
Eventually, we hit a plateau. For some, the plateau may be much higher than it is for others. But it’s a plateau, nonetheless. You gain some customers, you lose some customers, but nothing much changes. For some, unfortunately, this is the beginning of the end.
The business withers over time and dies. For others, it’s just a temporary setback.
