  • Plan & Launch an Email Newsletter in Early 2022
Today, I’d like to talk to you about planning and launching a new, email newsletter in early 2022. I’m talking about doing everything from the planning to the delivery of the first issue before the end of the first quarter (March 2022).
Many business owners will waste a lot of energy (unfortunately) as we go into the New Year, worry about things they have no control over. I’m talking about things like – the economy, inflation, Covid, and so on.
I’m just as interested to see how things play out as the next person, but that said, I’d rather spend my time, energy, and focus working on some of the things I do have some control over. I don’t want to dwell on the “what-if’s.”
That brings us to the topic of email newsletters. Newsletters as a whole do not have the same aggressive tone or feel that we’ve come to associate with email marketing in general. An informative newsletter can a long way towards making you a welcome guest in someone’s inbox.
And the good news is - having your own email (newsletter) system up and running before the 1st quarter of 2022 is over is a reasonable, achievable, goal or target. In today’s podcast, I’m going to walk you through the steps to getting it done!

  • I’m Adjusting My Business Strategy for the New Year
With 2022 right around the corner, I’m happy to say that I’m in the process of adjusting my own business and marketing strategy for the New Year.
If you listen to the news, the financial outlook for the first half of 2022 isn’t very promising. And while I’m still comfortable playing the long game, it’s better to work smarter while helping yourself and your clients to some short-term wins.
Today, I’d like to share with you some thoughts on what I’m doing and why I’m doing it. If you think there’s room to position yourself better in the months to come, I think you’ll enjoy today’s episode!

  • Automate & Optimize to Get the Best Results Possible
As we close out the year and look ahead to the upcoming year, we tend to see the big picture with a bit more clarity. In the business world of today, it’s so easy to lose track of the big picture… so let’s talk about the big picture. What do you want to build in 2022?
Be as specific as possible. Some people start their online business with the intention of building a side income. Then, they ultimately decide to take their “side-hustle” and expand it into a full-time business.
The problem is, they don’t have the systems, processes, or plan in place to serve or manage twice as many clients (or more). At least, not efficiently or effectively. In today’s podcast, I want to talk about planning for the growth and the future of your business.
As the old saying goes, “What got you ‘here’ probably won’t get you ‘there.’”
That and more in today’s episode.

  • Business Opportunities, Side-Journeys & The What-If's
An online business can become the ultimate lifestyle business for you. You can choose a business model that fits your personality a lot easier than you can in the offline business world.
If you like doing business at a faster pace and you don’t mind having a lot of irons in the fire, as the saying goes, there are business models that are a great fit for that kind of lifestyle.
If you prefer spending most of your time working behind the scenes, you can find what you’re looking for in the online world.
There’s a bit more to the story, however. Thinking about something and experiencing it firsthand can often change how we evaluate the road ahead. In today’s podcast, I want to share some thoughts on business opportunities, side-journeys… and not really knowing whether our curiosity will work for or against us.

  • Gradually Transform Your Business with Small Improvements
I enjoy watching home improvement shows. Especially when they remodel a room completely using software to show the finished product before they build it out in real-time.
Then, of course, you have the before and after photos. They’re especially dramatic when they’re doing a complete remodel to update an old house that needs some attention.
You can apply the same mindset to rebuilding or remodeling your existing business. Instead of trying to tackle one huge project, however, you may find that it’s easier to pick one thing… and make it better. And I mean – really focusing on making that “one thing” better.
I’m talking about quality over quantity. I’m talking about pushing something from the average category to the above-average category (using your existing skills as the measuring stick).
If you’re tired of struggling with what seems to be increasingly unrealistic and unreachable goals, you’re going to enjoy today’s episode!

  • Finding Your “Right Place” in 2022
Have you ever felt like you “don’t belong?” I’m not talking about your social or personal life right now, although I’m sure you know exactly what I’m talking about. No, I’m specifically asking this question as it relates to your business life. I’m talking to those of you following the entrepreneurial path in your life.
Nothing is more frustrating than the realization that you’re building something that’s a bad fit for you. It’s like wearing clothing that doesn’t fit quite right but pretending everything’s fine.
The plain truth is – it isn’t.
In today’s podcast, I want to talk about finding the place in your business life when everything finally clicks. In the business world, the ultimate, game-changing experience comes when you finally discover that “thing” you were made for. The thing you were born to do. Does such a thing exist?
    Many believe it doesn’t.
    I’m not one of them.
More on this in today’s episode!

  • Dealing with Uncomfortable Business Challenges in 2022
I used to have no problem putting off things until later. Especially in my business life. And especially with the things I wasn’t exactly comfortable with. Maybe it was the fact that I felt uncertain about the outcome? Or, maybe it had something to do with not wanting to possibly create even more problems?
In today’s podcast, I want to talk about solving some of the common business problems people are facing right now in the online business world. Things that, if I’m being completely honest about it, shouldn’t be put off until later. For many, these problems aren’t going anywhere – especially as we approach the New Year.
If you’re struggling with sales and you’re struggling with marketing, I think you’ll get a lot out of today’s episode. No, I’m not going to give you any instant fixes. But I will say that – what I’m going to share with you will work (if you’re willing to work it).
Does that sound good to you? If so, I’ll see you inside today’s episode!

  • Knowing What Makes YOU Tick is at Least Half the Battle
Knowing What Makes YOU Tick is at Least Half the Battle
Knowing what makes you tick as an entrepreneur or solopreneur is at least half the battle. This is especially true when you come to a place where you just don’t know what to do next. Knowing who you really are and knowing what you really want completes the picture, doesn’t it?
If we look back at what some people refer to as your “origin story,” you can see that your initial journey into self-discovery happened or played out naturally during your formative years. Once you become an adult, it’s easy to lose yourself in data, societal pressures, peer pressure to conform, and so on.
If you’ve lost that inner connection with the “true you” over the years, why not take a little bit of time to rediscover yourself? The impact this will have on your business (and personal) life can often be nothing short of transformational!
That and more in today’s podcast.

  • Scale Your Income with a High-Ticket Product
In today’s podcast, I want to talk about scaling your business by creating higher-priced, problem-solving, training products. Thankfully, you can scale an only business much easier today than you could in the past. Unless you’ve been in suspended animation for the past few years, you’ve watched the world change right before your eyes.
We can officially say, “Times have changed!”
Buying habits have also changed. So have the mindsets (for the most part) of the people we do business with. Is this bad news? It doesn’t have to be!
Today, if you’re looking to scale your income to the next level without increasing the cost of your overhead exponentially, you have very attractive options.
One of the best ways to do this, while keeping everyone happy, is by offering premium training and guidance-based products for the DIY (do-it-yourself) crowds. DIY’ers occupy every market you can think of.
In fact, I now believe the numbers of DIY’ers in most markets will increase exponentially as we enter the New Year. Why? Simply because the cost of done-for-you services will be out of reach for many businesses for multiple reasons.
That’s where you come in. If you’re looking to scale your income without doubling your overhead in the process, you’ll be able to do so with problem-solving, high-ticket products (or training). That and more in today’s episode!

  • Don’t Let TIME Pass You By
I’m not what you’d call a productivity guru by any stretch of the imagination. I’ve also wasted my fair share of time as most people do. Even so, I’m more aware of time and how it affects the business world (as well as our place in it) today than I’ve been in the past.
Time is a funny thing. Sometimes it feels like you have plenty of it to do whatever it is that you really want to do. And then suddenly… you don’t.
When you look back, you begin to recognize just how quickly the days, weeks, months, and years are passing.
The point I’m trying to make is, we don’t have all the time in the world to build anything, let alone a successful business. You can’t stay in a place of indecisiveness indefinitely. Ultimately, time will make the decisions for you that you refuse to make.
In today’s podcast episode, I want to talk about completing and launching the very best version of your business ideas or projects over the next few months. That may very well mean, getting the help you need to finally get the job done
