  • Serve Twice As Many Clients in Half the Time

    https://www.jimgaliano.com/enroll
Are you ready to setup a One-to-Many component in your business? Or, maybe restructure your business completely to fit the One-to-Many model? In either case, the ability to serve twice as many clients in half the time becomes possible when you begin to productize what you know.
The process itself can be broken down into three components. In today’s podcast, I’ll cover all three of them in a way that’s easy to understand.
Even if you really love working with people, there are only so many hours in the day. And it’s likely that the fourth person you work with today won’t get the same energy and focus the first or second person did.
    If you’re a solopreneur, I think you’ll love today’s podcast episode!

If you want to grow your business without growing a team, adding employees, or significantly increasing your overhead, today’s podcast will give you a lot of alternatives to think about.
If you’re selling services online, the one-to-many strategy can be a great addon-on to whatever you’re currently doing. Like anything else in life or business, try it out for yourself and see if it can take you places your current business model can’t!
Give yourself permission to think outside the box and possibly create a new, better, more effective type of hybrid business and product income streams.
That and more in today’s episode.

  • Better Alternatives to Building an Agency

    https://www.jimgaliano.com/enroll
Today – I want to have a real heart-to-heart with all of you because, as the old saying goes, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to ignore the elephant in the room.
According to the Oxford dictionary, here’s the meaning of this expression –
The Elephant in the Room is a major problem or controversial issue that is obviously present but avoided as a subject for discussion because it is more comfortable to do so.
"they've steadfastly ignored the elephant in the room: the ever-growing debt burden on graduates"
Today, I want to talk about entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and digital business owners who are pursuing the wrong business model. Wrong being defined as – wrong for them “specifically.”
If you’re struggling to build a digital agency or a similar type of business model, today’s podcast might be just what you need to hear.

  • Why Aren’t You Focusing on What You Do Best?
    https://www.jimgaliano.com/enroll
    https://www.jimgaliano.com/cloudways
Successful solopreneurs and business owners usually spend most of their time doing whatever it is they do best. They either outsource the "other stuff" they're not very good at, or they rely on a few pieces of technology or automation to get things done. It's always easier to focus on doing what you do best once you put all of the other problems behind you.
Others, however, are still in the place where they're trying to figure everything out. They're still in the place where it feels like they'll need a marketing degree to get any kind of a return on their efforts. In other words, they're still in a place of frustration.
If that's you, and you’re trying to keep your business alive, today's podcast can be a game-changer in how you plan going forward.

  • Maintaining Your Value and Relevance in 2021
    https://www.jimgaliano.com/cloudways
    https://www.jimgaliano.com/enroll
I heard someone talking about value the other day. The person put it like this - the value of anything depends on how much money one is willing to pay for it, just as with a collectible item.
The value isn’t inherent to the object itself but is rather assigned by people who deem it valuable. In essence, value is a shared belief. This applies to a lot of things. Including online services and what people are willing to pay for them.
Value must be a shared belief before money exchanges hands.
In today’s podcast, I want to talk to you about the people who spend money with you and how the things they truly value may be changing. Maintaining value and relevance in today’s business world, however, doesn’t have to be as difficult a task as you may think.
That and more in today’s episode.

  • Finding Your Niche

    https://www.jimgaliano.com/enroll
Sometimes the best-laid plans that seem practically air-tight on paper fail to produce real-world results. For example, business advisors have been telling us for years – find a niche.
Later, when things became ultra-competitive, the advice morphed into NICHE DOWN as much as possible.
In other words, get really specific about what audience you’re going to serve and what it is that makes you unique. On the surface, it can seem like great advice.
Serve a specific group of people. Fix a specific problem. There are a lot of ways to present it. Why then, does this approach seem to flop for so many people who try it. Choosing a niche isn’t as always straightforward as it seems.

  • How to Do More with Less
    https://www.jimgaliano.com/cloudways
    http://www.jimgaliano.com
Many of you who listen to this podcast will admit that there are times when you feel like you’re on a hamster wheel of sorts with your business.
You’re juggling multiple projects, trying to learn new technologies, interacting with customers and more. There just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to get things done.
I’m reminded of a study once conducted with people who did manual or physical forms of labor all day long. They were compared with people whose occupations were mentally oriented. In other words, mental forms of labor. According to the study, it took people longer to recover from mental activities than physical activities.
Is it easier to recover from activities that tax the body as compared with activities that tax the mind?
What does your own experience tell you?
In today’s podcast, I want to talk about reversing the course. I want to talk about doing MORE with less. If you feel like you’re seldom firing on all cylinders, maybe it’s time to consider an alternative approach?

  • Should You Launch Your Own Podcast?
    https://www.jimgaliano.com/cloudways
    https://www.jimgaliano.com/enroll
When I first started doing business in the online world, everything was new. Being able to perform an online service like design, programming, website development, etc… these skills were practically the superpowers (business-wise) of that early era.
Over the years, things have changed.
Today, the superpower is more about being able to sell a service than anything else.
The online world has changed, but in most ways, people are still very much the same. When given the choice, almost everyone will choose to do business with people they know and feel comfortable with.
If you’re looking to build real connections with real people, there is perhaps no better (or easier) way to do this than by your own podcast.

  • The Advantages of Thinking and Planning Like a Solopreneur
    https://www.jimgaliano.com/cloudways
In today’s podcast, I want to talk a little bit about why I’ve adjusted my approach to business and marketing in general over the last five years. In the big picture, the solo-effort that you and I put into our daily business is the ultimate game-changer. You may work with a team, but let’s not kid ourselves.
If your face, your voice, your words, and your efforts make all the difference. If you stepped away for too long, it probably wouldn’t be long before things went off the rails.
With that in mind, maybe it makes more sense for you to start thinking and planning like a solopreneur? That and more in today’s episode.
