She has been a consultant, editor, and recipe developer for several of Mark Sisson’s bestselling books and is the coauthor along with Mark Sisson of The Keto Reset Instant Pot Cookbook and The Keto Reset Diet Cookbook. She is also the author of the forthcoming cookbook The Keto Passport. An ultra-runner and Ironman triathlon finisher, Lindsay is an expert in preparing low-carb, nutrient-dense food to fuel her on and off the racecourse.
Lindsay earned her Ph.D. in Social and Personality Psychology from UC Berkeley. She brings her expertise to bear on topics related to mindset, goal setting, and lifestyle change as a contributor to the Primal Blueprint and Primal Endurance Podcasts and as the founder and lead moderator of the thriving Keto Reset and Primal Endurance communities. She lives in Northern California with her husband and two boys, where she attempts to model a healthy, balanced approach to endurance training, work, and family.
