Today is the anniversary of 9/11. The event that changed the world but after such an atrocity has society got better or worse?

It seems to be that we are more tribal than ever in our politics and we are more divided than I could ever imagine.

The TV debate last night was clear evidence of that. I think Harris won but the thought of her being the leader of the free world scares the proverbial out of me! But Trump.......?

Prime Minister's Questions was another example of  tribal politics. Starmer didn't have a single answer apart from its all the fault of the £22 Billion black hole!

They treat us all like mushrooms, keeping us in the dark and feeding us Bullsh*t.

What a disgusting and disgraceful day for the UK as Starmer releases 2000 prisoners whilst robbing 10 Million pensioners of their fuel allowance.

I thought that the grown ups were in charge, not the woke, virtue signalling sixth formers?

Why couldn't these convicts be put in old Army camps or on the Libby Stockholm rather than Labour releasing them on to the streets and playing Russian Roulette with our safety?

Why doesn't Labour cut foreign aid and the Billions they have just given Ukraine rather than making pensioners choose Heat or Meat this winter?

Have we forgotten how to bring up kids? Why are modern parents so useless? Why do they indulge their kids and give them such a sense of entitlement?

Is it an over reliance on the electronic babysitters of mobile phones and I Pads? 

A 10 year old girl dyes her hair and looks like  a mini Cruella de Vil and her useless mum is surprised and outraged when the school objects and says it is against their uniform policy. So "Mummy" says she will home educate her little darling. God help her!

This has got me thinking about my own fractured childhood and whether life was better for our generation in an era of no electronic distractions and flying board rubbers at school if we stepped out of line.

Would anyone have voted Labour if they had put in their manifesto that they wanted to ban smoking outside pubs, Cut Winter fuel payments, not sort out the boats,would try to rejoin the EU by the back door, and thought that the majority of us are racist?

With Noel and Liam back its like a return to the nineties with Blair but at least with Cool Britannia and "Things can only get better" Blair sold us hope and a bright future. But Starmer has no vision, he is the Mr Magoo of Britsh politics.

He wants 10 years to fix Britain but he will be lucky to get 10 months.

Self serve supermarket tills need scrapping. They promote isolation, protect shoplifters and raise prices. No one likes them.

Shops need to put more emphasis on community rather than just the ruthless pursuit of profit and we as customers should demand this.

When I said this on social media I had over 3 million impressions. Many agreed but significant members of Generation Z violently disagreed with me.

They are part of a wider problem in the modern world. Too many of them are self obsessed narcissists valuing their over priced coffees more than our society.

I was called a Boomer as an insult. However it is Boomers who rebuilt society, went to the moon, promoted equal rights for women and gays and created a society where these over pampered, self centred woke jokers can indulge their selfish desires.
