February 15, 2018Update on School Shooting in FloridaDeputies from the Coral Springs Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at 5901 Pine Island Rd. at 3:15 p.m. local time. Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel identified a former student of the high school, 19-year-old Nikolas Cruz, as the suspect during a press conference. He didn’t give details of when the suspect had attended the school but says he wasn’t currently enrolled.
