Now it's important for men and women, I have published a lot of alpha male content on my site, because for about eight months or so that's kind of specifically what I was going for. Today, this one's more specifically for the ladies. But man, it doesn't hurt anything for you to be self aware about this too. We're talking about some signs that he's definitely not into, you know, ladies, you got to understand something. And I'm gonna, I'm gonna lay this out in a way that I hope will make you aware of how men think men want sex. By definition, it is man's sexual mandate to get as much sex as possible with as many different women as possible, for the least amount of work possible. That means, for the most part, it's pretty rare that a man is gonna turn down free sexual access, right? If he can get easy sex to someone, even if he's not really super intuitive, he's probably going to go for it at least one time. Right. So that's really important to understand. Because he wants to have sex with a broad range of women. Having sex 10 times with one woman, for the most part, speaking from an evolutionary standpoint, isn't as valuable as having sex one time with 10 different women.

Men and women both they need to start. They need to start pursuing greater purpose in their life right now. I I see this all the time. I see. I see people posting on social media. You know, they're like, oh, going to the club, or so and so broke up with me one day, I'll find a king or one day I'll find a queen or like, someone will be like, no one can hold me back. I got this. I'm an I'm a I'm a flex in your life. Bam. Like all this stuff, like people. people making their purpose about like self grandiose, like, their posturing. You know, it's like a it's like a grandiose thing, like, you know, oh, me, me, me. But I'm telling you, you got to have a better purpose than that we got to have a greater purpose. It's so like, unattractive and borderline narcissist. Just be all about like, well, I'm a cat, blah, blah, blah. One day I will blah, blah. It's like, unless you're saying one day I will achieve a great purpose, I will help solve this problem, then it's like nobody cares, right? Nobody cares. And so in a way, it's sad. But in a way, it's really counterproductive to winning at dating, leveling up your traction, embracing the alpha mentality, right? We need to be minding our business, getting our money pursuing our purpose in life, right? So you these ladies, these ladies, I see all the time posts and like someday, someone will appreciate me for real me, like I would so much rather see them post, you know, I'd rather see them posting something like I just put some work into this blog, I published a blog about how I think we can solve world hunger, read it, check it out.

Alright, I'm gonna make this a quick one. What we're gonna talk about today is the true alpha mentality about Christmas. But really, this is about the true mentality behind any holiday. And here's the most important thing to know. If you're an alpha, if you're a leader, for an alpha mentality, man or woman, the next step will be to begin building your tribe. This could mean your family, maybe you already have a family. This could mean this could be something as simple as your pets, right? All the creatures that depend on you, this could be as complicated as building a massive organization. This could be as complicated as maintaining a business where you are leading 1000s of employees, right. But it ranges all across the spectrum. It could be your immediate friends and family, whatever your tribe is, whoever you've chosen to take up the mantle of leadership for to be the most effective leader possible. Here's what the holidays mean, to the alpha. The holidays are a time to bring everyone together. They are a time to celebrate the victories together.

How do you actually know if someone wants to kiss you?

As it turns out, there are 4 tips that you really need to know about this.

1. Watch their body language. They may lean in, and try to make physical contact with you.

2. They may glance at your lips or lick their own lips.

3. They seem highly engaged with you. Pay attention to how much they are paying attention.

4. Pay attention to the chemistry between you. Do you want to kiss them? If so, it may be mutual.

All right, today we're gonna talk about something pretty, this is a little bit simple. Some of my videos lately have been on some pretty serious topics. So we're gonna start with something a little bit more fun today. And that is how to know if someone wants to kiss you. And I have four tips for this. Now, I noticed that a lot of people kind of struggle with this. People get shy, they're not sure how to read body language. Of course, the whole idea is that you don't want to you don't embarrass yourself, you know, you don't want to like, you know, think that someone wants to kiss you and then go for it. And then it's like weird. So that's the fear kind of you know, or, or maybe you just never, never go for it, because you're afraid of that awkwardness, you know, and so of course, then you miss out on the great experience. Kissing triggers a release of oxytocin in the brain, it's a bonding mechanism between humans, we've been doing it for as long as we've been around, like, millions and millions of years. And it's very pleasant, very fun thing to do.

But two of these concepts struck me with such profound insight that I couldn’t help but to share them. And they have a great deal of value to offer for those seeking to level-up, embrace the alpha mentality, and improve their dating lives as well. So today, I'm doing a book review of one of the best books that I have read, that has helped me to level up my knowledge of women, women's behavior, and how women have sex. It is literally titled why women have sex.

Women reveal the truth about their sex lives from adventure, to revenge and everything in between, illuminates the complexities of women's sexual motivations through women's own words, we're hearing those motives articulated out loud for the first time that's a Newsweek review. This book is written by Cindy Meston and David M buss. These are two of my favorite people in the sense that they are. I'm going to read you a little bit from the back of the book here.

Cindy Meston is one of the world's leading researchers on women's sexuality. A professor at the University of Texas at Austin and director of the sexual psycho co

psychophysiology laboratory. And then David Buss is one of the founders of evolutionary psychology is a professor at the University of Texas at Austin and is the author of the evolution of desire and the dangerous passion. The evolution of desire is one of my all-time favorite books, and why women have sex kind of throws back to the general vibe of the book evolution of desire except for in some ways, it's a little bit less sciency. When I say less sciency. I mean, what David Buss and Cindy mustard really tried to do with this book was take a lot of really complicated, like behavioral science and water it down so that normal people like me could understand it. And

it's really, really useful. But okay, I'm going to go through and give you my review of this book. It took me more than six months to finish this book. Because what I did was I read the first three quarters really, really quickly. I mean, it was a page turner. And then I just kind of got busy and I lost focus. 

This one is for the ladies and the gentlemen. In this podcast, I talk about online dating, and why I don't think it's the best way to find a partner. Don't get me wrong, online dating apps are here to stay. I just think that they don't solve the problem the correct way, and I think that anyone with an alpha mentality will find that they're predominantly a waste of time. Here's why.

So I've been delving back into online dating as a test. I jump into it every six months or so, to just kind of see how the state of things are going, right. And I'm going to tell you right now that I'm not a big fan, and I'm going to tell you why.

I'm going to tell you why I'm not a big fan. And I'm going to try to keep this, I'm going to try to keep this pretty, pretty concise. And I'm going to try to explain to you why I think men and women are better served meeting people in the real world and trying to use online dating. And I do understand that with the COVID pandemic, online dating has, you know, maybe become more popular? I'm not actually sure if it has, I don't know the stats on that. I'm assuming it has because, you know, people more and more are not, you know, they weren't able to go out and meet in real life, but there is a vaccine on the way. And I think that we're on the, you know, the end of that. So, so let's just talk about this online dating real quick. Okay, so the challenges are different for men and women. Let's start with women. I don't think women should be using online dating, if they want to meet serious men for this very reason. The highest value men, the kind of men that you actually want to be dating are not on apps. And the reason for that is because those men are out in the world making a difference, expanding their social networks. And to be quite honest, they're spoiled for choice, they have sexual abundance, they have many women lined up the block, who would love to date them. And the minute they're single, they have a bunch of women engaging with them, you know, interested in them.
