And I'm gonna tell you a little story real quick. And I think that this is going to help is going to help you because this is a lesson that I have had to learn kind of over and over again in my life.

And so I'm going to just kind of jump into it and tell you the story.

Yes, so here's the thing.

I have really learned a lot about dating, and attraction in my, in my life, right. And I really learned those things. I learned about those things before I learned about the alpha mentality.

And then, as my understanding of the alpha mentality started to develop, and I started to become more successful dating, I realized that I had to improve other areas of my life too, right. So that includes my professional life, I'm really it all comes down to leveling up Mind, Body spirit, and then minding your business, getting your money pursuing your purpose, right? Those are the three important things. And then all those things you level up mind body spirit, and that is the, that's the alpha mentality, we take control of our life. And we determine to make our lives better, we take control of our destiny, right? That's the whole that's the whole gig. But it's not always easy. It is not always easy. And it's a rough journey. Becoming, becoming someone who embraces the alpha mentality is not an easy journey at all. And I particularly had a difficult time with this in my professional life

All right, what we're going to talk about today is what is true beauty, and then why it matters to your dating life. And the reason I'm talking about this, this was more for the ladies than the gentleman but gentlemen can learn from this as well. So it's really for everyone. I had a conversation the other day with a friend of mine, a lady friend on social media, and she was talking about unrealistic beauty standards in our culture, and how they negatively impact women. And they make women feel self-conscious and, you know, makes women struggle with confidence and with body image. And, and so I kind of asked her what like, where she felt like the problem was coming from? Is it because men put that on to her? Or is it like society and unrealistic beauty expectations in the media? Like we hear about all these things? And we know they're real, but to what extent, um, that's what I was asking her right. And so she basically gave me too, you know, she, we talked for a bit and it was really broken up into two things. There's the media, like the unrealistic beauty expectations on social media in like in advertising. And then there is the, you know, the side of it's where men, you know, she believed we're kind of conditioned to always Chase, like, the type of woman who embodies physical perfection, right. And exactly what she said was, they're always chasing like skinny women, and she had actually lost some weight.

to take control of your relationship destiny, and achieve the type of dating life that you want? Right? So this is a big question. And there's a lot of question that, or this is a question that a lot of people don't ask themselves, and they don't conceptualize correctly in their minds.

So the thing that most people don't understand is that dating and attraction are skills.

We have the power to make ourselves more attractive or less attractive to potential partners, we have the power to make our dating life, whatever we want it to be. I'm telling you, whether you want to date to get married, whether you want to date, you know, for fun, whether you want to have one, two or three girlfriends, whether you want to have one, two or three boyfriends, whether you want to have a husband, whether you want to have a boyfriend and a girlfriend, whatever it is, whatever your goals are, you know, whether you'd like to hook up with someone different every weekend, or whether you would like to, you know, flirt and have those fun, like go on dates with people on a regular basis, like whatever your dating goals are, whatever you want for yourself, I'm telling you, it's possible.

All right, today we're talking about divorce. We're going to talk about divorce depression and moving on from divorce. And this is a video that I've been thinking about doing for a while. And I'm gonna be honest, I don't exactly know the best way to talk about this. Because every everyone's situation is so different. And there's no way I can capture everything in one video, like there's no way. So what we're going to do is I'm just going to timeout, I'm going to talk to you about my experience. Because what I want to do, what I would like this video to do is I would like this video to help you with your divorce, depression or your like the aftermath of your divorce trying to deal with it. Or maybe you're going through one right now. And you realize now how greatly it sucks.

And you realize how vicious the divorce machine is, and how how terrible that process can be right? It can be really terrible. life altering Lee, never the same again, terrible. So I'm going to I did a video a while back, like one of my earlier videos was about how divorce is the best thing that ever happened to me. And in some ways it's true. But that doesn't negate the real terrible nature of that monster when you're in the middle of it. And so that's I'm just going to talk about my experiences today. And I'm going to try to shed some, some insight on this.

In this post, I talk about how navigating your dating life with an attitude of “I want to be liked” is going to lead you to nothing but misery and sadness.

It’s fine to WANT to be well-liked. We evolved that way for survival.

But it’s not going to work to our advantage if we use that as a basis for interacting with others.

We need to start from the other end---where we mind our business, get our money, and pursue our purpose. Then, we live out our lives genuinely and authentically.

Ironically, this will make us even more well-liked.

You can’t, won’t, and shouldn’t want to be liked by everyone. That’s literally not possible, and it isn’t necessary.

How do you change this mindset? You need to reprogram your habits.

Whenever you’re tempted to feel sorry for yourself and think “nobody likes me,” you need to refocus, and remember that that isn’t how it works.

Start building your tribe. Start leaving a dent in the universe. Start helping people and pursuing your life’s purpose. Whenever you’re tempted to feel like nobody likes you, work on something that’s going to make the world a better place. Then, because sociality is important, start cultivating the potential for tribe-building by being around a ton of new people and being genuine, authentic, and confident around them.

This will make you more well-liked than you have probably ever been liked before! We just don’t get to sit around and complain about it. We need to take action and make it happen.

The truth is that we must strive to self-validate.

What we're talking about today is the question Why do women move on so fast and female hypergamy we're going to talk about that. Now, this was prompted by a post I saw on Facebook, a friend of mine shared it, I'm gonna read it off to you.

The Post said is like a meme. And it said, hurt a man and he won't be in another relationship for years. Women be in love three months later. Okay, so now I hear this kind of thing a lot. And the idea is, it seems like, you know, men, they get really invested in a woman. And it seems like like, they love her and they go all in on it. And then like, they get their heart broken, and they're just like really broken up about it for a long time. It might take them even a year or more to really get past it if that if they even can manage it then right? whereas it seems like women might, you know, there'll be dating a guy going along, all of a sudden, they'll just switch relationships and then be like, happy, perfect relationship in like a couple months, right. So that's the, that's, that is the

that's the perception. And some people have the perception. But I'm going to talk about this for a little bit. And this is actually a super super, this meme was really good because it hit on something that is being talked about right now that people don't really understand. And that's the concept of hypergamy. And, and there's also some misconceptions wrapped up in this post that I want to deal with. So first of all, this is not always true.

Alright, so this was mostly for the gentleman, I give dating, dating tips for men and women on my channel. But this one's This one's mostly for the gentlemen who are interested in women who are maybe a little disillusioned. And for some reason, they have come to the conclusion that most women just suck. And that must be the answer to why their dating life is terrible. All right, so first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to I'm going to set the record straight here.

Not all women suck, just like not all men suck, right. But a lot of people, a lot of people get this idea, because they suffer from a very common symptom of dating problems. And the problem is that they are not spending enough time around high value people, right? You have to understand that most of the human population is like, so it's like, you know, there's like a graph or like a pyramid right at the base, you have a very large number of people.
