In this episode I cover what I class to be the basic needs of a human to bring us into more happiness and better health, starting with how we fuel ourselves, our water intake, sleep and a healthier mindset. Our bodies create our energy so the better the we look after our bodies from the inside, the better our moods and general well-being can be overall. It can be very easy to keep ourselves very busy and get caught up in living in a fast paced world, and when we begin to slow down it can be quite frightening if we are not used to being on our own, questioning who we are perhaps and what do I need to do to feel happier? How can I be healthier? Getting some strong foundations in place can dramatically shift our energy and mindset and create more balance and inner peace so that we can navigate through life in the ups and downs rather than reverting back to to panic, fear, anxiety, sadness and low moods. We have the power to change old behaviours so that we can be more zen and just feel more free emotionally and physically.
