If you’ve ever found yourself asking, “How do I do it all?”, this episode is for you.
Between homeschooling, podcasting, and life with four little ones, this season is full. But here’s what I’ve learned: no one is doing it all. We’re all juggling, we’re all dropping balls, and that’s okay.
In this episode, I’m sharing 10 simple systems and rhythms that are helping me stay grounded and grace-filled this fall — from waking up before the kids, to structuring my to-do lists, to trusting that God will give you the capacity you need for the season you’re in.
You’ll walk away with:
Encouragement for the mom who feels stretched thin
A reminder that you’re graced for what’s in your hands
Practical rhythms to bring peace back into your days

I’m four months postpartum with baby number four (which is just wild to say!), and I’ve been reflecting on what I’ve learned through each of my postpartum journeys — the hard, the holy, and the healing parts.
In this episode, I’m sharing my five postpartum rules that help me protect my mental health and truly enjoy this fleeting season. From staying off your phone (yes, even the “helpful” TikToks) to guarding your heart against comparison, we’ll talk about how to stay present, rooted, and filled with peace — even in the middle of the sleepless nights.
Whether you’re in the thick of postpartum right now or just preparing your heart for it, I pray this conversation helps you breathe a little deeper and remember: you’re not failing… you’re being formed.

I get asked about homeschooling all the time, so today I’m pulling back the curtain and sharing what our homeschool looks like for the 2025–2026 school year. From curriculum choices and daily rhythms to goals, weak spots, and the ways I’m still learning — this episode is for the mama who’s curious about homeschooling or just needs a little reminder that you can do hard things with God’s help.
Whether you’re already homeschooling or just wondering if you could, I hope this conversation encourages you to lean into the beauty of teaching your kids at home, one day at a time, one lesson at a time.
Grab your coffee, mama — and let’s chat about what it looks like to do this homeschooling thing with grace and peace (and maybe a little bit of chaos too).

What story are you telling yourself about motherhood?
In today’s episode of the Joy Filled Podcast, Jenna shares a real-life moment of chaos (hello, sweaty mom trying to wrangle kids out the door) and the powerful shift that happened when she remembered: I can choose differently.
Through scripture, encouragement, and honesty, Jenna reminds us that the atmosphere of our homes begins with the attitudes of our hearts—and with Christ, we can rewrite the stories we’ve been believing.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in negativity or wondered if motherhood will always feel this heavy, this episode is your reminder that you can change your mind, fix your gaze on Jesus, and choose a new story.
Scripture shared: Philippians 4:8

With the rise of the “homemaker revolution” on social media and the homemaking aesthetic of pretty dresses, beautiful kitchens, and freshly baked sourdough comes *lots* of different feelings - am I right? While it’s a beautiful thing to be inspired by so many amazing women who do a wonderful job of sharing their homemaking, it can also leave you wondering, am I doing this right? Am I really a homemaker if my reality doesn’t look like that.
Here’s the thing - I love the homemaker aesthetic. I think wearing dresses makes me more productive. I have tried and failed TWICE now to learn the art of sourdough (I’ll get it eventually!). I love that homemaking is making a comeback! But the truth is: the heart of homemaking is so much more than all of those things.
As I’ve fought comparison in my own homemaking journey, God has been so faithful to renew my mind and remind me of the true heart of homemaking. So in this episode, I’m sharing with you 4 simple truths about homemaking that God has been reminding me of in this season that I hope will encourage you in your own homemaking — whatever that may look like.
