Yoga Farm Ithaca Director and Lead Educator Jeannie O'Neill talks about the reality of Kundalini Yoga in a patriarchal world, where oftentimes fears are spread in an effort to control that which cannot be controlled.
Kundalini yoga as taught by YFI is an accessible practice for all body types, ages, and experience levels. It’s a core part of our mission at YFI to ensure that no one experiences barriers between themselves and yoga practice.
We are committed to accessibility, adaptability, diversity and inclusion.
Kundalini yoga is different from vinyasa yoga, or more typical yoga classes that you may encounter at your local studio.
Kundalini Yoga focuses on the energetic part of the body, with powerful breathing exercises as well as movement, mantra and meditation.
