Happy New Year! Thank you for being here. This is… our year.
Around this time of year, many are setting goals, creating vision boards, or getting into new routines. For some, the quickest way to get to a goal is a straight line. For others, it’s more of a windy scenic route - but we get there eventually. It just takes some time.
In today’s episode, here’s what you have to look forward to:
I’m going to say that 2022 was a lapse in a time warp and was really only four and a half months long… right? Tony Robbins says, “Most people overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what they can do in two or three decades.” So with that, take a moment to be proud of all the things you have accomplished in the past year and also strive for greatness in the year to come.
Listen in to hear some very important questions to ask yourself, goal setting with SMART goals, and a breakdown to my vision board approach.
Here’s what you have to look forward to in today’s episode:
In this week’s episode of what has become a mini-series of show reviews, I break down alllll my thoughts about White Lotus. Cause come on - after an ending like that, don’t we all just have to talk it out?! I start with the end, jump to the beginning, and break down all the sh*t that occurred. Will there be a Season 3? I have no clue, but I need answers before that if there is…
If you don’t want any spoilers on White Lotus, skip to minute 23 for a breakdown of Harry & Meghan and my 3 words to sum up the whole special.
Share your thoughts, recaps, and predictions with me over on The Gram, I’m want to hear from you!
After surviving the plague last week + endless hours of binge watching and deep dive scrolling on my phone, I was in critical need of a digital detox. Seriously, I had a hiiiiigh level of Le Anxiété.
In today’s episode I talk about what finally pushed me to do a digital detox (during the peak season of my online businesses) and the eye openers I found from doing so. Spoiler alert - it was amazing, much needed, and will definitely happen again in the future.
If you have also done (or regularly do) a digital detox, share your thoughts with me - digitally - in my DMs.
On today’s windy, feverish episode of the podcast, I talk about the 3 shows I’ve been binging while having the plague. But with that, let’s look back on what 22 year old Kendall would think of me now, the esthetic parts of my house that are intentional vs. just unfinished, and that fact that ettiquite is not a lost art. And if I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again - If you don’t know something… Google it.
Over the holiday we hosted not only Thanksgiving, but also Friendsgiving. Safe to say we did the Lord's work. So in today's episode I'm sharing the tips and tricks I've picked up over the years. From what to have on when people come over to how to make your house smell amazing. I could talk about this stuff for hours. Save this for the next gathering you have to make it seamless and fun for YOU! We also tackle the great cranberry debate so buckle up.
In today’s episode, we talk about working out during your cycle - and ways to listen to the needs of your body during each phase.
A brief overview:
Follicular phase - Strength training
Ovulation phase - HIIT workouts or higher intensity in general
Luteal phase - Lower intensity workouts
Menstrual phase - Taking it down a notch, maybe just a walk the first couple days and then possibly introducing low intensity workouts if you’re feeling up to it
