In this episode, we talk to two of our ambassadors, Gemma and her daughter Rosie. We were blown away when we met Gemma at one of our workshops earlier this year - she'd already reversed her type 2 diabetes and lost over 4 stone! Listen in to hear about her journey so far and how it's inspired her daughter Rosie to reduce her sugar intake.

The reason why most people struggle or fail on their journey to better health, fitness and general wellbeing is that their thinking gets in the way. Ian has been running weekly calls with our members to dive into why we think the way we do and how we can change it.  Ian lost 46 pounds in 16 weeks, describing it as losing a "thought suit". In this episode, Mark talks to Ian to learn more about his journey and NLP techniques.
