Ok my favorite Trader Joe items are:

Macrons. Lobster ravioli. Chicken salad. Lemon squares. 

I'm trying to keep myself sane when I go because it can be really stressful - but its a chore that we can't avoid! Don't worry, you got this!

Something that is supposed to be so full of love and excitement turns sour because of... my own thoughts?!?? A classic story for me.

Been all over the place lately. American Corporate life feels like a lot. I can't believe so many people do this for so many years until they finally retire! Crazy!

Anyways, this is a total rant which is crazy.

I love travel and by far the worst part for me is flying. If I could have any super power, I would like to be able to teleport to places. Go from NYC to Seoul in a second? Would love that! Flights are a plethora of anxiousness - from TSA to baggage claim to Spirit airlines... there's a lot to uncover in this episode. But don't worry - I've been on literally hundreds of flights in the last 5 years and got some tips for you.

I'm posting this while procrastinating buying a new purse. But hey, the inspiration for these episodes have to come from somewhere right? Listen, you made some money, go use that money. I'm not saying that you should buy a LV instead of paying rent. But if you can, you earned it!!!! I'm proud of u gorl!!!

I hate FOMO. My parents used to tell me that it's a problem with social media and while social media does play a big role, it's also a part of life and growing up. I'm in my 20s and I aggressively struggle with wanting to be at the center of the action all the time! I'm working to make sure that my anxiety doesn't make it worse. It stems from a limited mindset and while it may not ever fully go away, we can work on minimize it!

Competitiveness is a good thing is some cases... but it's dangerous in others. For anxious people, it can be fuel for a never-ending fire! I'm a big victim to competition and it brought out the worst in me. I'm working on fixing it and making amends - changing the way I think about the choices I make!

Alcohol changes you - whether that's for the better or worse. I've gone back and forth about whether I like alcohol. Fruity drinks, lowered inhibitions, & blending in with friends? Sign me up!!! Or wait... I also vomit, turn red, and charge massive amounts on my credit card. It's a mix and I know that alcohol can make anxiety a lot worse. I'm working on it. Maybe it's something we should all be thinking about a little more.

Birthdays, holidays, special occasions... you gotta give a gift. But how do you choose? And what if they hate it? And what if this gift ends our entire friendship?
