Energy is one of the best indicators of health, but so many of us are living exhausted. It affects our life physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and otherwise. In the episode, I help you reframe this conversation about energy and get you to think differently about energy spent and gained, not just with food and movement, but in your life. What would you do if you had more energy?

Knowing how much to eat can be hard when trying to just “listen to the body,” especially if we don’t really know how to trust in it’s hunger/fullness cues.
✨ In this episode I breakdown a 3-part phrase, AIM, to help you connect with food and your body at meal times to discover (for yourself) how much to eat instead of relying on rigid rules for amounts so that you can rely on yourself to know how much to eat - for life.

In the past, I would have FREAKED out, but this time, I was able to *stay calm* and sane (without going zero to 100) upon seeing my blood sugar be high on a recent blood test. In the episode I describe my situation, I explain how blood sugar works a bit, and lastly, I share how intuitive eating is so possible (and almost more important!) when suffering chronic illnesses.

Do you feel your identity is in some way tied to being “the healthy one” or living a “healthy lifestyle?”. In a world of health, fitness and nutrition influencers, it can be hard to embody wellness rather than simply pretend to always do the “healthy” thing instead. In this episode, I share with you how to embrace the raw realities of living a life where wellness isn’t just practiced and/or played pretend,, but it’s instead, embodied.

Victor is an Ayurvedic doctor who isn’t concerned with surface-level, quick-fix treatment modalities. Rather, he leverages a highly individualized approach to health as he works with clients and teaches students how to identify underlying causes of health imbalances. In the episode we discuss:
✨ How often our health issues aren’t about the food or the exercise, but rather a result of our past, ego, truma, stress or type of suffering.
✨ How self-discovery and healing often happens within conversation, with someone you know, like, and trust.
✨Why weight and weight loss aren’t the root causes of our health issues, and what really is…
And more!
