Tracey Robinson worked in the NHS for 30 years, initially as an occupational therapist, before undertaking a series of roles, including at a national level for NHS England.
After the birth of both of her children, Tracey went on to experience postpartum psychosis and went on to focus her work on improving perinatal mental health.
Tracey talks about her journey to early retirement, navigating challenging work environments and burnout. She talks about how she planned her exit and the portfolio career that she hopes to develop in future, including coaching.
