Michelle has 31 years of experience in adult nursing, 28 years specialising in Cardiology. She has been a befriender for 2 charities since 2008. She has been an Executive Governor and Secretary on the Merseyside Jewish Community Care board since 2018 and a Staff Governor and Wellbeing Champion at the Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital since 2022.
Michelle began public speaking in 2019 about her charity fundraising experiences, trekking overseas and the people she has met along the way. She also talks about her nursing career and how it has changed over the last 31 years due to advances in medicine, and her personal life. Having lost both her mum and auntie to cancer, she is a tireless fundraiser for Marie Curie.
Michelle has been a guest podcaster in 2022 for Cheshire and Merseyside Resilience Hub about her zest for life and saying yes to new experiences. She began blogging her fitness routines across social media platforms a few years ago, but began professionally blogging for 2 companies over a year ago. She is a massive source of inspiration to other women, especially those at midlife.
She has been involved with several charity campaigns including Tiny Tickers, Marie Curie UK, and LHCH Charity and she has raised a huge amount of money for charity over the last few years.
She constantly goes above and beyond to help, inspire and motivate others from people she meets daily to work colleagues, friends and family.
