The Knowledge Gap

Don't fall for quiet quitting. Don't avoid going the extra mile and become the type of person who is "owed" extra for extra work. Do the extra work, and you will be rewarded and mentored by those who did the same. Learn things that others aren't willing to learn and you will be paid more than those who gave up long before you. The reality is that you decide what reality you live in. So if you don't like where you are at, you have no one to blame but yourself. While that is unfortunate at the time, the good news is that you are in control of your own decisions, and you are just a few decisions away from making meaningful change in your life. Once you decide on your direction and vision for your life, the world will get out of you way as you can't be stopped in pursuit of what really drives you. Don't fall for quiet quitting, you will only regret it in the end as others get opportunities you wish you had.
