We decided that we would either go through our journals (if we keep one) and think through this past year and see if there is anyone who we may have hurt, harmed, or wronged. And if we don't have a journal we would go through our calendar and reflect on the events - try to summon them and remember whether we may owe someone an apology for wronging them.
