When we start to develop boundaries, we will know they’re working when someone says or does something and we feel triggered in a way that makes us angry or resentful. This may take a little bit of time to work through, that resentment can actually turn into deep love and understanding. Find out how on today’s episode!

Gaslighting is a form of manipulation in which a person sows seeds of doubt, making the other person question their own judgment or memory.
