"The law does not permit a refund" - That was what consumer columnist with the Irish Independent and the Presenter of The Home Show at Newstalk told Anton Savage this morning on his show.

So what are your rights when it comes to refunds and what should you do if you are experiencing difficulties speaking to the relevant Customer Services Department?
