On this weeks episode, I go into a deep dive on the issue of mens mental health when it comes to the lives we live on a day to day basis. A lot of what men experience is fear, fear of failure, fear of being alone, fear of letting those we love down, but there is always hope when it comes to fear, you cannot have hope without fear and you cannot have fear without hope, the two coexist with each other, but fear is never the winner, "Fear Is a Mile Wide, But an Inch Deep" - Unknown, Life will always be tough but there is always hope.
The Boston Celtics just captured their 18th championship, making them the Gold Standard in the NBA, but how will the Mavericks respond in the future? And Is it possible that Luka Doncic needs to become a more active player on the defense and trust more of his teammates to get involved?
JJ Redick, long time NBA player and analyst has just signed a 4 year contract to become the Los Angeles Lakers next head coach, will this move pay off, or will the Lakers front office once again prove their impatience if things don't go the right way early on?
Jacksonville signing Trevor Lawrence to a 5 year extension worth $275 Million sets a dangerous precedent for the rest of the NFL, paying good/okay Quarterbacks Great Money ensures the team will never win a Super Bowl(Kirk Cousins, Jimmy Garapalo, etc.) so how will this contract turmoil in the NFL effect the Dallas Cowboys and the decision to sign Dan Prescott long term? 

On this weeks episode, I dive into the recent contract extensions that have the NFL fanbases talking a lot about. Head Coach Mike Tomlin signed an extension with Pittsburgh that will keep him with the Steelers through the 2027 season. Mike Tomlin has never had a losing season in his 16 years as the Steelers Head Coach, with a Super Bowl Ring and a 2 Time AFC Champion, Tomlin is a sure fire Hall of Famer, but was this the right move for Pittsburgh To Make? With the NFL pivoting to an Offensive Driven League, and a decade long stretch of underachieving, is the defensive minded Tomlin still the right man to steer the ship of Pittsburgh for the next 3 seasons?
Trevor Lawrence for the Jaguars just signed a 5 year extension worth $245 Million, with $55 Million a Year, setting him as the highest paid Quarterback in the NFL along with Joe Burrow for Cincinnati. Does Lawrence Deserve this type of contract? Or will this be another case of reshaping the Quarterback market for the worst like the Deshaun Watson situation? And what does this say for more upcoming Quarterbacks seeking contract extensions like Dan Prescott for Dallas?

On this weeks episode, I dive back into my roots on the mental health aspect of life. June being Mens Mental Health Awareness Month, I wanted to make a video on how to overcome mental health as of recently, I have fallen down a couple pegs when it comes to my life story. This episode is meant to target not only Men but everyone who struggles with mental health issues. When life gets hard and we are faced with adversity, it's always good to remind yourself of how far you've come. Mental Health affects everyone in a number of ways. I will always be an advocate for reaching out for help, and to any and all men out there who struggle with Mental Health, Just Know you are not the only ones. Strive and Endure no matter what to become a better version of yourself. God Bless!

On this weeks episode, I dive into a preview of the 2024 NBA Finals, where the Dallas Mavericks led by Luka Doncić and Kyrie Irving go up against the Boston Celtics led by Jasyon Tatum and Jaylen Brown. Kyrie is looking for his second ring against his old team and teammates in this series against Boston, Luka is looking to make a statement in his early career by adding his first ring, and Tatum and Brown look to finally win their first title together in Boston after losing to the Golden State Warriors the last time they made the finals. The Mavericks look to win their first title since 2011 and Boston looks to finally win their first title since 2008 and claim their 18th as an organization to push them past the Los Angeles Lakers!
EA College Football 25 is shaping up to be the most hyped sports game to be released in recent memory. 11 years removed from the last entry in the College Football Video Game Series, built from the ground up and not just another reskin of Madden, new features, and a game centered around bringing the real life college football experience to consoles, EA is looking to produce the best sports game in the better part of a decade.

On this weeks episode, the Boston Celtics have just punched their ticket to the nba finals yet again but will they finally bring the championship home to Boston? Since the 2008 Championship Team, Boston has been clawing their way back to being back the title, but have been met with failure after failure in the postseason since 2008! Having the easiest path in the East, can Boston finally bring home a championship? 
Ohio State and Miami, two historic programs in college football, and two programs who are looking to make and impact this year in the new era of the 12 team playoff! Both Head Coaches Ryan Day and Mario Cristobal are coaching for their jobs this year and will they end up making the playoff, or will they fail to meet massive expectations placed on their programs?
With Jared Goff recently receiving a new extension, out of the top 10 highest paid QBs in the NFL, who would you take for the next 5 years in the NFL to lead your franchise?

On this week's episode, I go through my life and the events that take place which led me to getting Baptized on May 19th, 2024. Through all of the struggles that I had to overcome in life, I know deep down that the reason I was able to overcome it all was with help from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This was my outward confession to all realizing I was in desperate need of a savior. Jesus saved me and has renewed my heart and my purpose in life. With Christ I know I am Loved, I am Forgiven, and I am Saved!! Place your faith in the one who overcame death itself and rejoice in the sufferings and the struggles in life, for those are what make us stronger and bring us closer to God!

On this week's episode, as I predicted on last week's episode, the Phoenix Suns fired Head Coach Frank Vogel after getting swept in the first round. The NBA is run by the players; more specifically the superstars of the league such as: LeBron James, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Kevin Durant. Another instance in where players have the ultimate say and control over player personnel and their coaching staff, and the firing of Frank Vogel illustrates the issue this raises for the NBA as a league because it is always the coaches who are made the fall guys when a season does not live up to expectations. Like Monty Williams for the suns, Frank Vogel for the suns, Mike Budenholzer for the Bucks, and Darvin Ham for the Lakers, they all have a common thread, a superstar that has ultimate say.
Kevin Durant is widely considered one of the best NBA players of all time, but in heinsight is that really the case? In Kevin Durants first 9 seasons, he won only 1 MVP and got the Finals 1 time with the Thunder (Losing to LeBron and the Heat). Jumping ship to join the Warriors and Steph Curry he won 2 Finals Championships and 2 Finals MVPs. He then jumped ship again due to some controversy with Draymond Green and joined the Brooklyn Nets with Kyrie Irving, and Ben Simmons which was a massive fail, and now a member of the Suns, Kevin Durants legacy is up for debate, in 16 seasons KD has 2 Championships and 2 Finals MVPs and 1 regular seasons MVP. Not a scrub by any means, but now it can be taken into consideration that KD has Steph Curry to thank for his highest accolades in his Career.
EA College Football 25 is set to release this year for the first time in over a decade. Built from the ground up and being reported to be completely different from the flagship franchise Madden, EA College Football looks to bring in a new era of football to gaming consoles. Madden is basically a $70 roster update every year, so as a company, EA needs this to be a success and looking and hearing about everything the game will include, this should be set to be one of the most successful sports games ever released. Will EA completely Revive the NCAA Football Games or will they yet again fall into their scumy business practices and ruin a game millions are hyped for especially after a decade long wait? Only time will tell but all signs point to this game being a wild success.
Recently Tom Brady, widely considered the greatest quarterback of all time, went on Netflix and was roasted by fellow former Patriot Teammates and former Coach Bill Belichick, as well as a variety of comedians who make horrible jokes and make fun of others for a living. The controversy surrounding Brady and Belichick goes deep and despite not seeing eye to eye on who had the biggest impact on the Patriots dynasty, both showed character to have a good night and have a laugh. But who was more responsible for the Dynasty? Bill or Brady?

On this weeks episode, I dive into the recent firing of Las Angeles Lakers Head Coach Darvin Ham and the possible firings of other NBA coaches in the future, as well as my way-too-early NFL Division Winner Predictions.

With the Quarterfinals of the NBA Playoffs off to a hot start, teams who were eliminated wasted no time starting to build for the next NBA season. Lakers Head Coach Darvin Ham was recently fired from the team, despite going to the Western Conference Finals in 2023, and ultimately losing to Denver in 2024 in the first round, the Lakers felt the need to make a coaching change and will now be searching for their 8th head coach since 2010. The reality is that LeBron has had his thumb on the Lakers organization since he go there and has always had the biggest "say" in player personnel and roster decisions. The NBA as a whole is run by the Star Players and that is a big issue. Coaches are always the ones to take the fall if seasons go sideways. We see the same situation maybe happening in Phoenix with the Suns possible on there verge firing Frank Vogel (Another Great Coach). This is an issue that will most likely not be solved in the near future unfortunately.

With NFL Free Agency in the books and the conclusion of the 2024 NFL Draft, all 32 teams are pretty much set and ready for the next NFL season to get underway in the next few months. I predict all the division winners we will see based off current roster outlook and standings. All 32 teams have one goal, and that is to win a Lombardi Trophy and call themselves Super Bowl Champions. Who will take the division crowns this year? Which teams will live up to expectations and which teams will underachieve? And what teams will shock the NFL and take the league by storm? Only time will tell over the next few months.

On this weeks episode, I take a look at The LA Lakers and the recent issues they have been having and I dive into the aftermath of the 2024 NFL Draft! A lot of teams did well, and others, are still stuck on the hamster wheel of mediocrity. 

The Lakers and LeBron James, on the verge of losing to the nuggets in the playoffs for a second straight season, DeAngelo Russel has proved that he is on of the most inconsistent players on the floor with the Lakers. LeBron James and Anthony Davis can only do so much, they need help from Russel, Austin Reaves, or Rui Hachimura. The Lakers big 2 always manage to produce but the other stars shrink in big games.

The Biggest winners in the 2024 NFL Draft include: Chicago, Philly, and Pittsburgh. These three teams more so than any other in the league addressed team needs well and including free agency, these three teams in my opinion are the most improved. Chicago got their Franchise Quarterback Caleb Williams along with Wide Receiver Rome Odunze in the draft to go along with DJ Moore, Keenan Allen, and DeAndre Swift. Pittsburgh added more depth to the offensive line and added another wide receiver and linebacker to their core and are ready for a bounce back year with Russel Wilson or Justin Fields, whichever QB is under center, they have a solid offensive line, Najee Harris, Jaylen Warren in the backfield, George Pickens, Calvin Austin, and now Roman Wilson to fill out the wide receivers, Pat Friermuth at TE and a great defense. Philly added more depth to all of their needed positions and after addressing the secondary, they are ready to strive for another Lombardi trophy! The biggest losers include Dallas and Atlanta, as they did not address key position issues they needed solved, more so Dallas than Atlanta, but these two teams in my opinion fell short of the mark!

CHICAGO IS ON THE CLOCK!!!

On this weeks episode, with the 2024 NFL draft a few days aways, I go through the entire first round and make my predictions as to which players each NFL franchise is going to pick. The NFL Draft is always a can't miss event, as all 32 teams look to add players that will change the course of their franchises for the foreseeable future. This will most likely be the most viewed draft in NFL history due to the amount of Stars that are going to be selected this year. Will Caleb Williams from USC live up to his potential to be the next great NFL Quarterback despite all signs pointing to him being drafted by the Chicago Bears, who has been a dumpster fire at quarterback for the better part of 30 years? Is Marvin Harrison Jr going to become a Hall of Fame caliber player like his father, Hall of Famer Marvin Harrison? With this being the deepest Quarterback draft in recent memory, how many will thrive and how many will not pan out in the league!? We will find out Thursday Evening!!

College Football has given us some of the greatest teams and national championship games of all time in sports history! What would happen if we put up some of the greatest teams of all time against each other in a hypothetical matchup? Who would win if Tim Tebows 2008 Florida Gators went up against Cam Newtons 2010 Auburn Tigers? How close would it be if the 2019 LSU Tigers led by Joe Burrow, Justin Jefferson, and Jamar Chase went up against Nick Sabans 2020 Crimson Tide led by Mac Jones, Devonte Smith, and Najee Harris? And would the 2005 USC Trojans with Heisman Trophy Winner Reggie Bush have any chance at beating who is widely considered as the greatest college football team ever assembled the 2001 Miami Hurricanes with NFL Hall of Famers Ed Reed and Andre Johnson among a plethora of other notable NFL Stars like Johnathan Vilma, Sean Taylor, Frank Gore, Clinton Portis, and Willis McGhee?
